That information is from a month after the game's release. With your statement being relative to the present, how about something to show current information?

The TC made a claim based off a video. The problem is the video refers to sales in ....... Poland........ which is irrelevant.

You made a claim and several people have asked you to prove that claim. So far you have not come up with anything to justify your speculation.

We know that VGcharts while not a accurate source for total sales has the PS4 far ahead on physical copies which would lead us to assume it sold better then the X1.

Impossible. PC gaming has been dying for over a decade.

@AM-Gamer: Firstly that information was taken from the first month's sales and is 'factually' completely out of date, Steam spy sales are now at around 1.4 million, the old information you're going was based on, roughly 600,00 Steam sales and 700,000 GoG sales. GoG sales are not included in the current Steam Spy estimate.

Consoles sell better at the start of a game's life span and drop off rapidly after the first couple of months. PC versions have a much longer shelf life, especially with games that are easily modded.

LolVGCharts is an inaccurate mess and doesn't even get physical console sales correct, let alone not accounting for digital sales for any platform.

Your 'common' sense approach is not factual, especially when your information is coming close to being a full year out of date. What you're doing is speculating and speculation is not fact, nor is it proof.

This is after all a franchise that started as PC exclusive. I'm happy it is doing good on PC because it should give a hint that they need to focus more on that since that's where majority of their market is

@GarGx1: The PS4 version sold more physical copies then that in the first month. It doesn't take much speculation to say it beat the X1. And we know factually it sold more on consoles. You're speculating that it sold more on PC assuming VGchartz is off my over a million units and no digital PS4 copies were sold.

Please show me where I have claimed, or even insinuated, it sold more on any individual platform. I haven't even denied that PS4 may have the most sales. All I have done is shown that the information you appear to be basing your statement on, is out of date and is no longer valid.

Now will you please stop deflecting and present the evidence that the PS4 currently has the most sales, as you claimed.

Ahhh, was just looking at some of this data to.

The Steamspy numbers show a much better growth from the lower half of PC digital sales than anything shown on VGChartz for the consoles. As PC digital has shown in the past and was said by the source of the 30/70 split: PC sells better overtime.

It is factual that PC sold 1.3 million copies by June 11, only 200k from the total digital sales of 1.5 million (25% of 6 million by June 30). Assuming PC sold zero copies until the end of June that would leave maximum of only 3% of the digital sales between both XBox 1 and PS4 and would also leave PC with 500k retail copies sold. I'd say it is safe to assume that between PS4/XBox1 their was probably barely any digital sales to even reach 1% let alone 3%.

That source also says digital sells better over time, as it is 8 months from those numbers and ratios given and just Steamspy showing it has over doubled in that time frame for PC there is no end of story.

So your source is information from 8 months ago? How do we know the split is 70/30 like it was months ago? You're a damned idiot.

Actually, he only says that PC sales were better than console in Poland, not world-wide, and that he personally plays games mainly on the Mac.,...lolz

Duh, W1 and W2 were never on PS, only W2 on Xbox. Not many people will jump to W3 or any other series without playing the originals. This is the reason imo.
