.... This has to be some rare form of mental illness.. Computers graphics can be scaled, with the immense hardware out there, there is no reason why they would have to "downgrade" it inless we are talking about a platform with a fixed hardware set (aka consoles).. Even then I honestly don't care as long as it has visuals at least as good as Witcher 2.. Which I still looks fantastic on the PC on high settings.. I am more concerned on how good the gameplay will be in overall depth, quality etc etc..

That doesn't refute the argument. CDProjekt are tackling 3 systems, along with a budget and manpower. The Order would have faced less issues, due to being exclusive and Sony were probably lax with a timeframe, in order to get a shit product out of the door.

Infamous SS may have some pretty particle effects but it's set in a lifeless, empty shell of a city. GTA IV at 4k is far more aesthetically pleasing and that's a seven year old game.
