WORST game you've ever had the displeasureof playing?

In recent time? I'd have to put my money on GTA V, which I literally did and I absolutely regret buying it. I really enjoyed GTA IV, but V... I had to force myself to play it and stopped after 8 hours and never touched it again. Idiot that I am, I bought the digital version so I can't even sell it which I usually never do with my games, but I'd love to get some money back on this crap.

• Gears of War 1 and 2
• Halo 4 multiplayer Demo
• GTA5 or anything made by rockstar
• League of Legends

Sword of Sodan on Genesis, what a turd of a game and happy I was able to talk the clerk at the store into taking it back.

GTA IV PC without mods or LoZ spiriti track DS. The first crashes every 20 min without mods which is unacceptable. The later has a game breaking glitch with one of the flute mini games that made it impossible for me to complete the game.

Also Persona 4 golden is a travesty of a game.

Some of my worst experiences might have been with some of the early movie-adapted games on the NES, and the worst one was Total Recall I believe, with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The movie was fantastic though.

Worst game I've played overall? Don't really recall but I'm guessing something on NES or PS1.

Worst game I've played to completion? Jak 2. That game is horrid.

Worst game is always something that doesn't work right. There's a lot of those. So I'll say one of the bigger disappointments was having Twisted Metal 2 and then putting the Twisted Metal 3 disc in. That would be like having Street Fighter 2 Turbo and then Capcom releasing the original Street Fighter as Street Fighter 3.

Uncharted 2. Seemingly designed to be completely devoid of enjoyment in every possible way.

Some stupid Sonic Rings game for the Wii

This is a difficult question because I've played cheap games that were shit in the early days for next to nothing and games that had small teams that didnt work and I think it's worse to have lots of money poured into a project only for it to turn out awful. I'm reluctant to bring in the likes of Renegade 3 etc when you take this into account.

I will say, I think Deadly Premonition was terrible and not in a so bad it's good kind of way people claim.

Turning Point: Fall of Liberty

My PC far exceeded the required specs, yet it ran like shit and looked like something off the original Xbox. It wasn't a shred of fun, either. Good thing I only paid $5 for it.

My list is long but off the bat, Sega's Altered Beast reboot on the PS2. No other game made me curse so much.

I am okay with the lack of gameplay mechanics, the fairly accurate 90s atmosphere, and the overall social message. What made me pissed was when I purchased it on Steam there was some marketing hinting it had horror elements. There is nothing remotely horror-esque in the game. Also, the perfect reviews scores suckered me in and promises of an amazing reveal at the end. The ending is anticlimatic in the respect as there is nothing shocking for me about it. So it goes down as the worst game for me because it was a bait and switch I paid full price for.

Had I known exactly what kind of game I was walking into, I would have enjoyed it more but would have waited on a Steam sale for it.

This piece of shit.

Somebody bought this for me for my birthday as kind of a joke gift.. I got it home and started playing it and after around 15 minutes I got a call from my friend and didn't even put up any pretense, immediately telling him the game was complete shit.We still laugh about it to this day.

Destiny my ass. This game is a real turd.
