Well, yes.
It should look like that E3 tech-demo as that is what people are expecting and *not* another Skyward Sword.
Sales numbers are also indicating that people prefer a "realistic" visual style in the Zelda games to a cartoony one.
I would also like to see a bigger, more open (& diverse) world, a deeper combat system, (much) less hand-holding, upped difficulty (esp. for the bosses and sub-bosses, which should be hard to defeat), many intelligently designed and varried dungeons, an epic storyline, many interesting side quests, good puzzles, interesting and "deep" NPCs, populated cities, dynamically changing weather, day and night shift, seasons of the year that impact the look of the scenery and gameplay (one can dream, eh?), perhaps some recorded speech (not for Link tho), ect.
So yes, they should deliver a HD Zelda that would bring back the glory days of Ocarina of Time but for the modern times and various novelities and improvements.
