Win for XBO... Pretty cool for a large party game, family game, local play etc. it seems that Sonys wireless solution is extremely lacking to Microsofts.

O baby lets see the rush of 8 player games.
Split Screen should look so f*cking awesome with 8 other people on the same TV.
In an era where splitscreen is being phased out, I don't see how that's really relevant anymore.

for the most part I agree, but i could see family games utilitized, and also 6 profiles can be recognized by Kinect, so tournament play is # 1 on the XBO. 6 people tournament all recognized when they pick up there controller is pretty cool stuff. Also in addition to this the xbox one controller can output 5.1 from the 3.5 mm connector, compared to stereo on the PS4. The wireless solution on the DS4 is vastly inferior to Microsofts wireless solution. More bandwidth confirmed on XBO.
How many games require 8 controllers at once? And how do you split a TV screen 8 ways? Another bit of irrelevance for the XB1Win for XBO... Pretty cool for a large party game, family game, local play etc. it seems that Sonys wireless solution is extremely lacking to Microsofts.

What game would use all that you just mentioned? And screw headphones, can't stand them. I'll take my 9.2Edit: I know what I said isn't for everyone btw, just speaking for myself.

FIFA and others do. also xbox one can recognize 6 profiles at once, meaning tournaments are much easier to set up on the XBO compared to the lacking PS4 solution. Its irrelevant when you cant do it on your system maybe, still a nice bit of info for systemwars.
Get more friends. Please name a game where you've actually used more than 4 controllers this last generations. I sure haven't needed more than 4.

Tournaments? As in those things usually involving 1 player per console? Yeah 6 would be a great help

More bandwidth? Why is the wireless solution vastly inferior to MS's? You seem to be talking out of your behind.

no not so, bluetooth carries i think 50gb max of bandwidth, wifidirect alot more. This is a fact, also did you know that the XBO controller can output 5.1 from the 3.5 mm jack compared to PS4 stereo off the 3.5mm? Reason that XBO can do it and PS4 cant is because of bandwidth.

I guess I will use the same reply as the topic from yesterday...
Only would be cool if Xbone had two HDMI out so they could market at a one system LAN party.
PS3 had the capability to utilize seven controllers last gen and it was not used by hardly any software. Only becomes a win if it is used.

Using bandwidth as a reason for being better is something many cows have been doing recently, nice to see Lems are jumping on that bandwagon too now.
And outputting 5.1 through a headset? yuck, I'll stick with my high quality speakers thanks. Optical out >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 3.5mm jack running through a wireless controller.

well now you are trying to deflect what i originally said which you said is incorrect. Glad you know you were talking out of your arse in the first place. How many PS4 profiles can be signed in at once? Just wondering.

What exactly am I deflecting?
PS4 can have 4 profiles signed in at once. More than enough, especially when probably 40% of games this gen offered 2 player local, another 5% offered 4 player local, and 0.5% offered more than 4 player.

cool so 6 > 4. thats nice to know, Pretty cool all you have to do is pick up the controller or have 6 people pick up there controllers and everyone will be signed in instantly with all there button configurations etc set up on the XBO, saving time, pretty cool if you are having a tournament with friends or family.
Everything is onine nowadays... even sex is an online feature now.
The last time i used local mp was with my PS2, since then i played in MP with my friends online only.

second post for something that you said doesnt effect you at all and you could care less about. So maybe you do care.
Last generation sheens: oh my goly look batman the ps3 supports 7 controllers thats amazing choice and options Sony is always giving us the best.
PWFB'S: but no games will really use the option.
This generation sheens: lol what a lame idea M$ just wants to force you to buy more controllers no games will have 8 players.

Yup 6 > 4..... but only IF games used this. For this to be an advantage at all, it would need a good chunk of games supporting this. I mean PS3 supported 7 players, please provide me a list of at least 25-30 mainstream titles on PS3 that took advantage of more than 4 players? If you can do that, then it'll prove that the X1 has an advantage here.

Last generation lems: 7 players? ha, pointless. (they were right)
this generation lems: oh wow this is so cool, we can have 8 controllers, yes this will be amazing, we can play 8 player local, the cows have been owned!
I can do that too you know

its in this thread, neogaf posted it, anyway this gen could be difference because of the tech that is now in place on the XBO. I always thought it was cool, and I do have a bunch of friends that actually play games and it could exceed more than 4 so this is a cool option. If anything it proves that the XBO has a superior bandwidth advantage to PS4 bluetooths, and it also proves worthwhile that you can have 6 profiles signed into at once and all you have to do is pick up a controller and have the XBO recognize you and have all your settings button configs all imported and ready to go on the fly. Family play, tournament play, etc are superior on the XBO and alot faster and ease of use for sure on the XBO. Its not a huge deal, but its a nice tidbit.

Pretty pathetic list, it's mostly just yearly rehashed releases of sports games.
Having 6 profiles signed in at the same time is all fine, but when there is only Fifa and a few other sports games that support it it's pointless. As it is, why wou;d you need 6 controllers for family and friends? The X1 is already confirmed to know when the controller changes hands, and will automatically sign the new player in,
