XBO supports 8 controllers to PS4 4 controllers.

Must be fun to play split-screen with 8 players and 2 inches of screen for each player.

So? The PS3 supported up to 7. Guess how many times I used more then 4 controllers? Zero. 

Win for XBO...      Pretty cool for a large party game, family game, local play etc.    it seems that Sonys wireless solution is extremely lacking to Microsofts.

the only game i have ever played with 4 or more controller was Fifa, other then that, 4 controllers only is perfect :)

You all do realize that the xbox controller costs 50 bucks and 75 bucks with recharger and xbox only comes with one controller so you would need to buy 7. so that would be 525 for 7 controllers with recharger plus the $500 for the console then another 25 bucks for a recharger for the controler that comes with the console. then there is the 59 dollers for each game.

Neat. Sony did this first with the PS3 and it was a feature rarely used. This doesn't really ad any value, ultimately, though, as local MP is not a priority in the majority of titles.. But kudos for MSFT for following Sony's lead in that regard. Also, that's like what--16 batteries for all those controllers? Granted, I know of people love those huge rechargeable packs, but still...yeesshh.
