Nice way to compare glitched screenshots... how about showing some screenshots with the action? The city doesn't look like that in the Wii version until you get near the boundary area in the game at the top of the city. You picked the worst you could find for the Wii and the best one for the Xbox. Atleast pick the best for both. Still the game does look pretty bad for the Wii.

If you take a look at this picture (also from IGN)

you notice that the buildings in the vicinity have windows and other details. However, if you look at the last few buildings in the far back of the screen, those buildings look like blocks with no details.

It looks like the Wii has a draw distance limitation when it comes to displaying detail.
