Xbox 360 and Exclusives: Do you need more than the big two?

Still, I'm not sure how you got that massive Halo 3 number, but here you go : 2007's Halo 3 11.57 million as of 18th of August 2012. I was previously comparing 2010's Halo Reach and 2010's Gran Turismo 5 demonstrating that both are huge sellers, although I knew Reach would have a lead. Both games on two separate platforms, the 360 of course having a larger install base aka more users that own one. Of course, it's important to remember the game has been out longer, since 2007.

I don't even care about sales, I'm just being polite as my only point in this thread was to mention Wii Fit and GT5 are Halo like sellers on other platforms.

if 360 only had 2 exclusives, i never would have bought a 360...especially if one of them is halo....

And the image is incorrect, since it didn't highlight Project Gotham Racing 3 or GRAW, which are both counted as exclusive retail titles for the 360. :P

Lets be honest here, a hell of a lot more people will be playing Halo and Destiny than all PS3 exclusives coming combined.

Technically, I don't Need VG at all but okay, what I want is for Rare to go back to making core games for the next Xbox and use those saweet ass IP's they have at their disposal. :P

Looking at how some multiplats have the same or even higher metascore on PS3, despite the fact 360 version performs better (Mass Effect 3, Max Payne 3, etc), shouldnt 360 be the console with the higher standards?

Besides halo, gears, forza, and fable...

Kameo, Perfect Dark Zero, BK Nuts and Bolts, Viva pinata, Lost Odyssey, Alan Wake, Crackdown, Shadow Run, Infinite Undiscovery, Blue Dragon, Project Gothem Racing, Too Human,

Arcade Titles inculde Fez, Ilomilo, Splosion Man, Shadow Complex, Trials, the Maw, Comic Jumper, Hybrid, and Toy soldiers. Sure, they are low budget games, but that doesnt mean they are bad. And because they are downloaded, they are convienent to play, no disc required.

The xbox also shares some games with the PC, like witcher 2, left for dead, and minecraft. They may not be completely exclusive, but they are console exclusive to the 360. The xbox is the only way to play these games nice and comfortable on a couch with a controller on a big screen.

Im not saying xbox is better, just, it HAS games other then halo. I could also make a list for the wii.

I wish I could play motorstorm, infamous, fat princess, twisted metal, jak and daxter, shadow of colossus, and little big planet (games Im mostly jealous of). But I am happy with the xbox.

Well, yeah, who wouldn't want more games.
