Funny howall PS3's have always come with big HDD, HDMI, BR player, WiFi, rechargable controllers, and very good free online and all Lems do is dismiss all of it as bad or unnecessary. But as soon as it comes to their system they brag how great it is.

None of those things are necessary, for arguments's sake. For consumers who don't want all that crap, guess what? they don't have to buy it. none of those things affects the GAMES in any way, shape or form.
MS is creating more options, and is probably getting paid by Toshiba for this one.

You say this now just like you said all of that wasn't necessary until your system has it, then it's great. When they start using the HD DVD drive to improve games and make them longer then you'll say that it's greater than BR and now the games are way better. You Lems are well known for dissing whatever is great that the PS3 can do and offers its gamers. Then when MS obviously copies Sony and puts the same thing in its xbox's it's great and wonderful.
Nothing's great until it's in a Xbox console, that's what Lems think.
Playstation was first and makes innovative gaming consoles. Then MS came along and copies and/or enhances what Sony has already done in its Playstations. And all their fans sit and criticise Sony all the whileSony isinnovative and MS copies everything they do. Hipocrits is what Lems are!
There is a difference between "need" and "want".
There is a difference between "necessity" and "desire".
The fundamental question is this: "Can the core Xbox 360 play the games?"
The simple answer to this fundamental question is: "Yes."
That is the bottom line. It's just like my car. I bought a BMW 335xi, with just about all the fixin's. Now, I could have bought a 328i with nothing in it...and you know what? That 328i will still get me everywhere I want to go in style. I didn't *need* anything above the baseline 328i in order to make the car drive. Fact.
Consider that.
As far as console innovation...meh. Everyone copies from everyone else. Attempting to put down one product over another because of copying is like looking down the road with blinders on. Were we to look at Sony's consoles, we'd see a laundry list of things borrowed from Nintendo and Microsoft. Nobody is better than anyone else.
Oh, and I'm not a lem. Just becuase I don't see a problem with this doesn't mean it's time to brand someone a fanboy. You're going to have to deal with the fact that in life, opinions on a particular subject can differ.
