[QUOTE="VoodooHak"][QUOTE="dthach614"] then how will i play my xbox 360 game online?Great_Ragnarok
Put your money where your mouth is. If PSN is so great or Steam is so great, don't play on your 360 anymore. Otherwise, all you're doing is whining.
how can somebody be so irrationally sympathetic towards MS? it's just amazing. look the point is that when you buy a game for 60$ you expect to access all the content in it! but does xbox allow that? no! because in order to access my multiplayer features I have to pay 50$ per year! that's the basic problem here. MS is forcing us to pay for something we already payed for. what's insulting is that the same live service was given to PC for free. they try to charge for it at first but the PC fans didn't take it. so they made it free. do you really want to be the only type of gamer to be ripped off by having to pay for online multiplayer? What's truly amazing is that you spend so much energy complaining, but have you done anything about it?
They offer a service and charge for it. I like the features and have no problem paying for it.
I think your expectations are out of whack. Right there on the case of every online enabled game, it says it requires Xbox Live which has a fee. If you expected it to be free, then the disappointment is all on you. At that point, you have a choice. Buy the game or not.
Did you not understand that XBL had a fee before you signed up for it?
Change happened on GFW Live because no one was subscribing. People stopped crying on the internet and exercised their fundamental right to not pay for. It's not astrophysics. It's a simple choice.
If you feel ripped off, DO something. Exercise your fundamental right and don't pay for it. That's the only way MS will hear your complaint. If you paid, then the fault is all with you.
There's no sympathy involved. Just a simple choice. I like the service, so I don't feel ripped off at all.
