Umm people have been and still are using netflix on PC and either streaming or ordering stuff. So yea its not like its hard to use a pc also no 50 dollar fee. Also people use facebook and twitter on laptops/PC and phones which are more convinet.

you can defend all you want, 99 percent of PSN users arent going to be as saavy as yourself, whereas MS makes it streamlined and ease of use for twitter, facebook, and netflix are definitely going to be used much more on LIVE because it is implemented. You can say all you want this and that about PSN, the casuals perfer xbox live!!!!

Twitter, FaceBook, and Last.fm are going to be useless to myself, considering you can't use them while you're actually playing a game.
Those features are not like the Netflix app. It's nice to watch Netflix on the Big Screen. Twitter, FaceBook, and Last.fm are all way better to use on the PC, as far as I can tell. I'm not going to turn on my XBox to play with those other app's as I do with Netflix.

Unfortunatly Zero it hasnt. It still takesa year to download the updates then it takes another 3 years to install. I like how everyone talks bad about xbox live but want all the features it has maybe because i dont know THE SERVICES ARE NOT ON PAR WITH EACH OTHER PERHAPS? But who am i to tell people that free is not all its cracked up to be. But hey someone who buys socom confrontation let me know how long it takes to download the 500+ mb update and also the new maps before you can even play online.

an 800mb file in 5 min? most likely not.

and running both systems at my school we actually tested them. like i said the 360 was a faster but maybe by 20sec at best. to the point where its not worth mentioning.

It already is a much better service, but it will always evolve more than PSN, and it will always be more ambitious. We should expect this as well since we are paying for the service as well. What do you see xbox live evolving to in the next couple of years. Ideas are welcome..... Thanks...

Better yet XBL is like going camping with a top of the line hunting knife and PSN is like camping with a Swiss Army knife that you won at a carnavel. PSN is equal in terms of doing its MAIN/PRIMARY function which is letting you play games online.. I have multiplats such as COD4, FIFA 09 / 2010 etc on both and both run identically online, so XBL is doing nothing better...

However it all comes down to preferences in functions each service offersand you Should expect XBL to be much better than PSN (which isnt they are quite close) consideringwe pay an extra fee for XBL in order to do something which all other systems offer for free and that is LETTING US PLAY ONLINE..

Remember that we get console systems to play games so their online services primary use is LETTING US PLAY ONLINE.. Ask yourselfare you doing that for free on your 360?

(May i remind you that the above question is the result of 2 yrs of constant bashing from PS3 haters that it doesnt matter PS3 had Blu-Ray, Wi FI & the other multimedia functions its all about PRICE/COST cause consoles are meant for gaming and all that matters are games..So same applies to their online services, I dont care if one has a web browser and the other offer in-game cross chat, i care about playing my purchased GAMES online preferably without having to paying extra fees)
