No actually this never happened, The Xbox One was already at $349 for awhile the issue is is that the PS4 is constantly decreasing year over year and week on week for many months now, while the Xbox one is the exact opposite or flat, eventually the numbers are going to pass eachother, no strategy had been chancged at all on the XBox front.

Honestly, I don't think it did. April NPD was a fluke, and not a very big one at that.
Fluke on what? PS4's still down yoy and Xbox One isn't, most likely if PS4 does win, if it does, it'll be a similar small amount or a bit more or less. IF that.
You put far too much stock on XBone's YoY sales. The machine was a dismal failure at its original pricepoint. May 13th was when the $399 Kinectless bundle went up on store shelves and was also summarily shellacked by the PS4 throughout 2014 (until the Holiday YOLO fire sale of Nov and Dec). A YoY growth is irrelevant when comparing both PS4 and even the XBone itself this year. Lest ye forget. The Motley Fool, a highly reputable financial sector publication had this to say.
With the XBone falling two places on the annual best-seller list, it's safe to say that the magic has begun to fizzle from the $350 bundle. It's not hard to see why, considering the XBone has had fewer retail exclusives in 2015 than even the WiiU. You're in for a bad time, and hedging all your bets on Halo this year, which is a series in decline.
Actually no it wasn't, it started strong, then shrank for 4 months then picked back up and is still picking back up. Also your revision is amazing, the only time the PS4 after the May Price Drop had a real lead was September, there was no "ownage" at all during that time in sales differences, just like now., and the month before that or 2 I'll have to relook it up) is when the decline started excluding that month, while since may Xbox One has been increasing.
You say I put too much stock on it, but the thing you're ignoring is if one increases and one decreases and they keep going there's eventually going to be a passing. I have no idea why you continue to think that you can write off a constantly declining PS4. Doesn't make much sense.
Another issues is your 2015 best seller list includes a bundle mostly discontinued and had been recently been being outsold by the Halo Bundle, and Amazon is the only place where the AC bundle has presence, using that bundle as a sign for a fall is completely nonsense and has no logic whatsoever.
Another thing is that you're DC of the Xbox having no exclusives, must mean they aren't worth much and have no legs, because look at last month. Weird.
Also, in may White XBox One was number one on GS, and was number one for some time in BB, then became second, right after the Halo MCC regular black bundle, and only one SKU. White bundle had no effect on amazon.
Hell why are we using Amazon it was wrong last month.
(BTW, lots of factors this month, White Bundle, lack of games, small offers, E3, June Batman, Splatoon being a wildcard for NPD stealing sales.)
