actually for it's price being the cheapest console on the market it's actually doing less than expected.

that's like if someone is selling a vcr for $50 (360) and someone is selling another VCR for $200 (PS3) and having them both sell at almost the same rate is not so impressive for that vcr at $50.

You can't go wrong owning a 360 or PS3, but why do sales matter?

If that was the case wouldn't PS2 be on top for awhile until Wii catches up? Or is this selective stats to make my system of choice look better?

This is kinda true i cant lie i thought the ps3 would be leagues beyond the 360. However both systems have great games right now they are so similar its not even funny but that will all change come next year. The ps 3's library will see a huge boost in exclusive titles. The 360 only has a handful that i want (ME 2, SC:C maybe forza 3) thats pretty much it. I dont even what to name all the ps3 titles coming out .

the Final Fantasy Series was never exclusive so wether it was once thought of as exclusive I don't know but it's always been in different systems so it's no surprise it is still multiplat.

it started in NES and even made it's way to the Xbox 360 before Final Fantasy XIII.
