Lol no, admittedly the first jump is pretty harsh but you don't need to be a genius.

You just started a sentence with "and". As well, you didn't capitalize the first word of a new sentence. Finally you spelt "you" with a single "u". I normally am not a grammer troll but if you want to insult peoples video game preferences, learn how to spell for god sakes, its embarrassing.

u madI think he was pointing out the irony.
Funny I haven't been having any problems with any new games so far. With newer titles I am talking about 2006 - to present it's as easy as downloading and hitting play on Steam.
Even games in the pre 2006 era like F.E.A.R. or Far Cry. The problems I have been experiencing are with older titles such as games from the 90's and that's mostly with trying to get to run in HD Widescreen mode because back in those days they used 4:3 aspect ratio instead of 16:9 or 16:10.
Maybe TC you should get a better computer with a better video card and for crying out loud update your video drivers.
And you did't even bother to give an example. Care to give us an example with your so-called issues you ran with certain PC games?
One of the reasons I'm a console gamer (with the exception of downloadable or Facebook games on Mac) is that I don't need to worry about system requirements, file directories, having to put all of the graphics settings on Low because I don't have a sufficiently powerful computer, etc.

So, you are blaming PC gaming because you can't afford a better graphics card? That's just fail.
That's like saying cars suck because you can't afford a BMW.
Have you even bothered to ask question to PC gamer's as to which graphics card you should buy to run games better. I used to have an old Dell and even those just upgrading the graphics card did the trick to play games at higher resolutions and settings than the consoles because thos Dell's and HP's already have powerful enough CPU's and RAM.
Yeah, I dont even game a lot on the PC and I spend more time then I want trying to get specific games to work. Thats why PC gaming is such a turnoff. Most people want to just put the game in and play.

Works for me

The really funny thing is:
For most modern titles everythign low on PC IS console settings!
Lol!

Couldn't have done better myself, lol.and the only why that may be (for most games) is because not all pc's were created equal....literally. unlike consoles where each and every one aside from storage is exactly the same as the next...Pc games are pretty buggy. But you dont have to be a techinician to play.
dontshackzmii
And even then the games are riddled with bugs and crash all the time
Seriously, you could pay full price for a game like I did with Arkum City, meet the requirements, and still not have the game work on your rig because of some compatibility issue.
PC gaming is abysmal.
no but apparently your tech skills are. admittedly it does take some skill and knowlege to run some games on the pc. you should ALWAYS find out the requirements before hand. Yeah, he must not be a *real PC gamer* if he can't do that then. no. to my assumption he is. he obviously knows something of pc requirments and specs or at least has some general knowlege of it. nice contrast between him and yourself though.....we know your story rick. no need to bring it up in every single PC thread. you can feel free to quote me as much as you like though...Please Log In to post.
