I dont believe the race thing.Â
It actually sounds to good to be true.

April Fools is a stupid holiday for losers.
< You can tell this is true because of my palindromic post count.
You can select what race you want to play; each race has its own playable campaign.
Also apparently, the game world will be directly influenced by what you do, because every single one of your actions will have a tangible impact. So if you stop the Death Mountain from erupting, for example, there will be no heat, and the Zoras' cold will allow a freeze to settle over the world.
These two points make me think it's fake.
Yeah, sounds fake as fvck. I have never played Zelda games and I'm not very familiar with stuff in them but even I think that sounds like horse sh!t

Well maybe I will
I'm actually in the process of downloading games to play like that :PÂ
If all this is true then this would a different Zelda experience for sure. I hope we see some Zelda Wii U news at E3.
i can see the massive over world thing being true, but everything else, eh.FinalFightersWhy not? Majora's Mask had you playing as different characters. Personally I love exploration in videogames, something that Skyward Sword was lacking.
Zelda is pretty weak no matter how they do it, I just don't have as much fun anymore with the franchise.
Cool story though if it turns out to be real.
If that is the next Zelda game, I would cry, and then proceed to not buy it.
Keep your Bethesda trash out of my Zelda.

He could transform into a Deku, Goron and Zora but he was still a Hylian. According to the magazine, you can start a Link that isn't Hylian.[QUOTE="FinalFighters"]i can see the massive over world thing being true, but everything else, eh.SpinoRaptor24

but you already had twilight princess D: it just happens that the game has a horribly slow start >.>[QUOTE="lightleggy"]Am I the only one who felt extremely turned off by the "massive world, a single region is bigger than the entire OoT map". that sounds just too ridiculously big, it will feel like a chore to go through all of that.MagescrewOcarina of Time's map was just a big green field surrounded by a couple points of interest. I'm sure one skyrim city and it's surrounding countryside is larger than that.
Â
Comparing a 1998 game to a 2011 game, are we?
For it's time, OoT's world felt massive.
Sure, games like Daggerfall were still bigger but TES was not on consoles yet back then.
[QUOTE="funsohng"][QUOTE="charizard1605"] That depends, do we get a nude shot of Zelda like we do of Tress?BrunoBRSF*CKING SOLD ...you don't need nintendo to see that ¬¬

There is a Zelda game like this already out. It's called the elder scrolls.Â
Â
Anyone who actually thought this fanart was really a game is a super dumbass.
I wish the Elder Scrolls offered a different campaign, or even a different experience, really, based upon what race I choose. That would be pretty bad ass. There is a Zelda game like this already out. It's called the elder scrolls.Â

getting hard-ons with my comments again  ?Someone hasn't played Majora's Mask.A deep, complex and interesting story in Zelda? What is this madness? :P

[QUOTE="Peredith"]Someone hasn't played Majora's Mask. that wouldn't change anything, really. majora's mask is many things, but deep and complex story-wise is not one of them.A deep, complex and interesting story in Zelda? What is this madness? :P

That game is as complex as my pencil.
Its a good game, but its no way in hell deep or complex story wise. Now if they had an origin story for the Majora's Mask, then we would be going places.

The story never had priority over gameplay in Zelda games and some of us like it that way.
If I wanted tons of text, I'd play some old D&D PC RPG...
