seriously what's with all the Uncharted themed threads today? is there a union where you all thought it would be funny to post a new thread on it one after another?
18-0 Bane. BatmanSpot confirmed. Blabadon
Only because Lazarevic is a stupid cliched stereotypical villain with the motives of a paper towel. Bane is a much more fleshed out character overall and he beat Batman. Hard to top that
well since The Dark Knight Rises Bane is pretty much Lazarevic there's not much of a difference.
Arkham Asylum/City Bane (aka True Bane) however.

*spoilers how about you stop posting spoilers of the end of the movie?
As an MGS4 fanboy you have no right to criticize TDKR's story. You don't know what makes a good plot. 1. you are a dumbass 2. as an MGS4 fanboy, my opinion is highly valued 3. MGS4 had the best story of any video game in history 4. MGS4 is the best game ever made 5. The Dark Knight is my favourite movie of all time 6. MGS4 and The Dark Knight are very similar.. both my favourite forms of media, perfectly executed stories, most epic scenes of their respective mediums.. plot is perfect 7. The Dark Knight Rises was a huge disappointment.Bane is a 100 times more bad a$$ Shame they messed up the film though.
1. Catwoman shouldn't have been in there
2. Bane shoulda kicked Catwoman's arse
3. Bane should've done more chaotic things
4. Batman should've have just "all of a sudden" become strong enough to take down Bane
5. BANE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MADE A MEER PAWN
6. CATWOMAN SHOULD NOT HAVE "JUST SHOT HIM OFF" WITH A CANNON.
Pathetic way to finish of Bane, should've been a well thoughout and epic battle between Batman and Bane.

Glad you agree, but I don't see how anyone could like Catwoman in that movie. 1. She was a goddamn b*tch 2. She betrays Batman and he's like, NP its cool. Like WTF? Kick her ass and throw her in the slammer for that 3. She completely "stole" Batman's show as she was allowed to take his bike and shoot down Bane's army. Who's the main hero and who's the side kick again? 4. She's terrified of Bane, why? he's never laid a finger on her. Bane is pure evil. Should've broke her in half after Batman. 5. She shot Bane with the batbikes cannon. Damn you Nolan, there's a reason why we like Batman.. NO GUNS, give us an epic battle where Batman uses surroundings/environment/stealth/cunning to defeat Bane. He's the main antagonist, you can't just blow him off the show like that. Let me demonstrate how poorly TDK:R was made because of those 5 points. IF Batman Begins was made in the same way... Bruce would've let Ras al ghul burn in the mountains, the end. if TDK was made the same way... Batman should have just brought a gun and shot the Joker before he picked up Rachel and tossed he off that building. Problem solved guise!!As an MGS4 fanboy you have no right to criticize TDKR's story. You don't know what makes a good plot.

All of his points are fundamental misunderstandings of TDKR's story. I'm going to go over why each of them are wrong.
1. The Catwoman thing is fairly obvious. It's ridiculous to not want her in the film since Anne Hathaway did a fantastic job capturing her character and her presence in the film spurred Bruce into leaving the mansion after eight years.2. Bane never fought Catwoman.
3. Blowing up the football stadium, murdering the mayor of Gotham, breaking Batman's back and locking him in his former prison, freeing the inmates of Blackgate and establishing his mercenaries and thugs as Gotham's intermi government, and threatening the city with a nuke to keep them contained so everyone in Gotham is killed isn't enough for you? Besides, wanting Bane to be "chaotic" isn't what his character's about--he's working for Talia, he wants to destroy Gotham in an orderly and controller manner. The Joker is about chaos and anarchy--Bane is about power and control.
4. If you paid attention to the movie you'd know that Batman lost to Bane the first time because he didn't fear death. The old blind man in the prison cell told Bruce that the child who escaped the pit did so because she feared death and valued her own life, as symbolized by making the climb without a rope. When Bruce did the same thing, he came to fear death and realize his life was too precious to throw away. Besides that, his dedication to freeing Gotham was intensified over the course of three months of watching Bane's antics on television, and he trained his body extensively in the meantime.
5. Bane isn't a "mere pawn"; if you think he's less of a villain simply because he answers to Talia, you apparently think the movie would be better off without Talia, in which case you actually believe that having Bane be the son of Ra's al Ghul is acceptable. If you've read the comics you know it's not, and this way it's much more faithful to the established lore.
6. Bane was already beaten the moment Bruce climbed out of that pit. If you think his demise was "anticlimactic", I suppose you think Harvey Dent's death was too. At its essence, The Dark Knight trilogy isn't about cliched "epic battles"--it's about the symbolism and deeper meaning behind Batman.
Batman doesn't use guns? LOL NO ONE SAID CATWOMAN DOESN"T !!! Critics did complain that the movie was a bit rushed although its around 3 hours long. About an hour of the movie was slow where virtually nothing happened and then its as if Nolan had a deadline everything happened a bit too fast. Damn, movie's almost over but Bane is still alive. Quick, shoot him with your cannon, catwoman! - Most anti climatic experience ever and as for your point 2, exactly, Bane never fought Catwoman. Would have been better seeing her killed by Bane. Catwoman in Arkham City is 100x better than Nolan's, and I usually don't say because in my opinion Nolan BY FAR has the best Joker, Batman, Alfred, Bane, Scarecrow, Ras al ghul etc.. And throught out the entire movie I knew Batman would return, I knew Talia would betray batman at some point I knew everything, with TDK I sh*t (<-- with an "a") my pants at nearly ever corner.
It was an 8/10 at best at it pisses me off. Luckily, Batman didn't die because I always hate it when movies end that way, but in this case, I'd think if Catwoman was excluded and Batman did die in this ending I'd still be less upset about the outcome. So now Nolan HAS to make a 4th Batman and not fvck it up. There went my hopes of an 11/10 movie or at least a perfect 10/10 like The Dark Knight was.
