I still need to check out Elton John. My mom might have some of his stuff. :oSwanogt19
This. I've been meaning to get an album of his for a while.

You'll have to try Tumbleweed Connection, Madman Across the Water, and Honky Château. Those are three of my favourites (and I have twelve of his albums).
This time last year, I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this purchase. The Black Clouds and Silver Linings Boxset that arrived at my doorstep one year ago today
(Really kind of sad that I google the boxset and I get my own image :()
Went to Cheapo Records Today..
In The Court of The Crimson King- King Crimson. Already had this one, but this copy is the 2009 Steven Wilson-Robert Fripp 2009 Remix.
Toto- Past and Present Hits. Always liked a few Toto songs and picked this up for 5 bucks.
Camel- Moonmadness. An old 1960s-Present Prog band that I have liked for quite some time.
Nevermore- Enemies of Reality. I needed to get into Nevermore a little bit and picked this one up seeing as this was the only one they had.
Porcupine Tree- Deadwing. Needed the physical copy--have it on iTunes already.
For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge- Van Halen. Picked up the cassette version, already have the CD copy
1984- Van Halen- Same as above. Cassette Version
Midnight Oil- Diesel and Dust. Cassette Version.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Â
What will happen of the old one?
aaronmullan
It will decay and disperse into the ground.
Nej, I will keep it around.

that one is sweet through 5.1 surround. enjoy! :D
I purchased tix to see Porcupine Tree at the Warfield Theater in San Francisco. I called the moment they went on sale and scored floor seats which will be epic at that venue. Only problem is it's the same weekend Rush is in town. :( different day though, I'll have to see if I can make both shows.
Midnight Oil- Diesel and Dust. Cassette Version.Oblivionfan10I used to love them so much as a kid. Good find there.
I bought Gothic II and Gothic III off Steam today.
I also ordered these:
Voyage 34 by Porcupine Tree
Lightbulb Sun by Porcupine Tree

PT does not disappoint live. ;) One of the best live bands ever, in my biased opinon.

I'm really looking forward to it! the Warfield is one of my favorite places to see shows. when you're on the floor it's like being in a club, it's small and you are right up front. :D
the Warfield and Fillmore usually hand out concert posters on the way out too, in tradition with the 60's concerts that used to happen at these venues. If I'm lucky they're still doing that. :)

I love that one actually. It's oddly addicting
Here's what I bought today:
Amélie (DVD)
Barry Lyndon (DVD)
Groundhog Day (DVD)
Life of Brian (Blu-ray)
Night of the Living Dead (DVD)
Suspira (DVD)
"Kimono My House" by Sparks
You're only getting Night now? D:aaronmullan
I've already had it for almost seven years, but the one I bought now is 'officially authorised' and has two commentary tracks, a 'feature length' documentary, and an interview with the main actor.

It's actually a great album. I was surprised, as Beds Are Burning seems to be their only radio hit

it's a great album. 'The Dead Heart' and 'Dreamworld' also got a lot of airplay when it was out, but 'Beds are Burning' was the biggest hit off that one.

I had no idea that anyone had even heard of them outside of Australia. I am very surprised by this revelation. :P

I recommend the blue drives over the green, unless speed doesn't matter to you.
