I think it was made back in the 70's or 80's its a great film with some amazing scenes. Its directed by Werener Herzog (Rescue Dawn)

Last movie I watched was Blast of Silence stylish noir film kinda of generic but was told very well.

I find the film to be kinda overrated but I must admit the soundtrack is very good and original.
