Oh it's easy to make the jump. Mix prog rock and and hip-hop and you get Parliament-Funkadelic, who I love.

I only have Remain in Light by Talking Heads but I like it a lot.

the talking heads rule, David Byrne was one of the coolest guys in music to me when I was growing up.

since this is a music discussion i figured id post my favorite genres and bands. also im a huge music fan. i always have my itunes playing when im on the computer or im listening to my ipod, i just love music.

i mainly like classic rock and some rock, mainly disturbed best band ever imo, he does some pretty good covers, my personal favorite cover is when disturbed redid land of confusion originally by genesis and phil collins, also disturbed's shout2000 wasnt too bad, the original song is shout by tears for fears. i only listen to two rap bands. Hollywood Undead and Immortal technique. but mainly i listen to disturbed and alot of classic rock bands

speaking of which, has anybody heard of hollywood undead, i have only found one user who knows of them but i forget their name, it was a long time ago when i was on an OT thread
