oh, got it.

i used to love DBZ...but i got tired of episodes of nothing but punching. after frieza i was pretty much done. an i wish i kept my manga of it(along with alot of other ones) i could have made $$$ off of it. i pay 320yen...here they make you pay $12, i could have banked on it for being an import

lol hahahaha ok ok, lemme explain. I shouldn't be saying this stuff but I received financial aid when I was in college and I would always keep some money for me :P  also, last year I did a summer research internship and as part of that program you received 5 grand for all the expenses of that summer (exactly 2 months).  Well, it turns out that I did not use a LOT of that money and with that I bought my lcd tv and the ps3 (with soul calibur), the DSi and the PSP :P...

And in case you are curious, these are the systems I currently own:

SNES, Gamecube, Wii, Gameboy Advance SP, Gameboy Micro, PS3, PSP3000, original Xbox, Virtual Boy,  PSOne, DSi (after owning the original DS and the DS Lite).  So, good money management (and my wonderful parents :D) are the reason I have all this stuff lol.  Though as years pass I get really really picky on the games I buy so I don't expend as much as before on games (well that and that I'm UNEMPLOYED!!!!!! :'(  )

PS I also got money recently because my BDay was the 4th of this month :P 

@Polter: oooohhh... I thought you had a ps3 AND a ps3 slim :? ... anyway... wow :shock: impressive system collection there. That said why do you keep your GC if you have a Wii? I understand the SNES at the moment, once VC is more complete also I would ask why :P I would like to own a bunch of system, but I tend to eaither give them away (cousin... and so) or sell it for whatever once the new system is out... (thx haven was also able to do that with my ps2, which is now being enjoy by my bro back home :P )

hope you find a job soon, in the mid time enjoy FREE time :)

@elbert: I have not had the time to even got it :(. I hope that after next week I will be able to go to GS, buy it... and at some point play it. How is it? Some guy said that it was quite nice in Wii forum, and he has play Fatal Frame before and said that it was quite similar... so I`m REALLY looking forward to it (thus I have a couple of game to complete 1st, I CAN NOT start another game :P )

well I keep the gamecube for 3 reasons: 1st: I really worked hard for it, 2nd: even if I sold it, it its worth really a stupidly low amount of $$, 3rd: the gameboy player :D

I would never ''trash'' my SNES either.  For me, it is INVALUABLE! Specially since I own both Final Fantasy III (now known as VI) and Chrono Trigger :D, and believe me, both were super hard to get. 

And to finalize my collection thing, I also had a NES, original Gameboy, Gameboy Color and original Gameboy Advance but... they are lost... :(

i got Metroid Prime Trilogy, an its awesome. i even like the packaging, the last game i got wrapped like this was a special edition copy of Doom 3. but i have to set my motion sensor to a better place.

most wii games use the wii-motion in a limited capacity like no more heroes an super mario galaxy where a slash or shaking is required. but i had difficulty with Metroid Prime with aiming. any advice on the best way to set that thing?

@polter: my first gaming system was the original Brick game boy. i had two of them but they died basically. the screen was completely black when turned on. oh nostalgia...i even remember the first games i played on em like super metroid, teenage mutant ninja turtle: fall of the foot clan, castlevania adventures, and super mario land. good times*cue emotional music.

an another question...i do i excahnge system info with the wii? with ps3 you tell someone your id...how do you do that with the wii? im 100% clueless

well hush, another list (again, because I've soooo much time... and no sarcasm intended!)

for the sensor bar:  you have to put it either on top or at the bottom of the tv (duh) and go to the wii options and set the wii for sensor bar location (above or below tv, double duh) BUT depending on where I'm playing sometimes I've had to lie to the wii (telling it is for example above when in reality it is below :P) also, for prime 3 (which was the one i've played on the wii) I had to keep some distance from the tv or my aiming would be too sensitive or I would just be ''aiming'' outside the screen...think that between your tv and your wiimote there's an invisible cone (the tip at your wiimote) and that is the area of your aiming :P... just play around and you'll find your right combination :P.

on the gameboy:   funny, everyone's gameboy screen turned black, mine turned white :S

on the wii friends:  ugh, this is what I hate about wii, the &*#%& wii friend code.  well, here's the thing:  if you want to add people for non-game purposes (ie. messaging) do this: at the wii menu, click on the envelope icon to the bottom right, then click on the ''create a message'' icon to the bottom left, now click the ''address book'' at the right, you will now see the wii number of your console (jot it down).  Well, now you have to somehow talk to the person you want to add and ask their number and btw, tell that person your number too.  Finally, click on Register (bottom right on the address book screen), then select ''wii'' and enter the number.

If you want to add people for gaming purposes, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but each game has its own list, and i think that a different number too (for each game, I know, ridiculous...).  Anyway, depending on the game there should be a "Nintendo WFC Connection'' menu somewhere, when you find it, click around until you find your number and it's basically the same thing as above.

yeah, have to back off from the wii to get it to register the wiimote. it was annoying for looking/aiming in the game where it would stop or not do what i wanted it to. i guess i just have to tamper more with it.

haha, no, its a term i use for someone that helps me out. i kinda have the song of the same name, by curtis mayfield stuck in my head alot too. his pusher man was a drug dealer though i think...

*the karaoke revolution/american idol games...totally not mine. those are 100% my sisters.

the room itself is still a work in progress. i have to find a better spot for my antique radios in that room. i think they will go nicely in there...somehow. I want to get a nice shelf deal for my dvds an video games to go up. i want to get a bar an put it in the back corner of the room where those boxes are. and most of all, hopefully this week, my sis an i will get a new 60in and stand to replace that old tv.

@Dejiko, I enjoyed it. It's a pretty good game, and I prefered it to Ring Of Fate. But it's definately better to play on the DS, since they're exactly the same.

@everyone: i like teen titans (an no im not on drugs)...but Karaoke Revolution: American Idol is all my sis...i suffer hours of hearing song after song after song. an now...she wants to spend my psn money/points on more songs.

and yeah, i hope we get the 60in. we found some at lackland AFB(dont have to pay tax on it). the thing is we arent tech-smart...so we arent sure that spending 4 digits without being 100% sure on what we get is top notch an worth it. we would have had one a month ago...but me an my sis had a breakdown in best buy over the ones they had...it has been an awkward ordeal i must admit.

my sis thinks im on drugs...i was just sitting there, watching it and seriously wondering "why dont they go to a school?", "are there any other, more qualified superheroes in the world?", "their tower...thats the worst place to have a base EVER. a blind man could find it" and the questions go on.

i just remember the old teen titans...and then they made this very anime-ish inspired one. on my DVR i have their(teen titans) shows, metalocalypse, and spec ops missions recorded...a good an diverse array of shows i must say haha.

also, i forgot the Wii-mote takes actual batteries unlike the rechargable PS3 ones. so i need to go get some batteries but i have been thinking of getting this rechargable thing i saw at Target for my controllers. basically you replace the battery holder with this new one an it has these "touch sensor" things and when you lay it on this pad for it...it will recharge.

@elbert: an yu-gi-oh, its the hair that gets me. seriously...if i lived in their world, i'd be the guy sneaking into their houses and shaving their heads.

@polter: really? my friends had them an they played like crazy. we went drifting, they played, we went to play billiards and darts, they played, we went to the movies...they tried to play.

i gave it a shot but i had a seizure cuz so much was going on...and stuff was flashing.

i might hold off...gonna save up money for marvel ultimate alliance 2. i want to make an awesome Iron Man, Thor, Spider Man, and somebody else team. plus, i got that kingdom hearts game coming at the end of this month.

Since I was on this board and my MSN isn't working I thought I would ask you guys the following:

Theres about a month until uni restarts and I have more than exhausted all possible activties of fun I could think of (go-karting, mountain climbiing, abseiling, fishing, paintballing, summer romance, get into a fight with a random stranger etc etc) and now things are getting boring =[. Most of my friends have started uni/college btw and wonzan doesn't like goin out by his lonesome. 

MY QUESTION to you is following, and I bet you are looking forward to it after reading such a gargantuan introduction to just a mere question. Perhaps when you read it you may not actually have a reason to live as it might be SUCH a mind numbingly difficult question or on the other hand you may find it underwhelming in which case you may faint from the pent up anticipation. But no more time to think, the question I wish to ask is......could you recommend a good film/anime?

(argh, I just thought that I should probably list the anime I have seen but since I started about 3 years ago it may be quite a substantial one. I can list my favourites though: Berserk, Claymore, Hajime no Ippo, Death Note, Hunter x Hunter, Gankutsuo are all that come to my mind at the moment. Also I have seen a lot of movies but maybe you guys have your own little unknown gem or something that I haven't seen, heck I really haven't seen that many movies tbh, just about 1/3-1/2 of the top ten on imdb)
