Hush: Talking about Appleseed I still need to watch Appleseed EX Machina, I like Street Fighter II V that anime was awesome alot of great fight scenes, you mean Johnny Cage he one of my favorite character from Mortal Kombat, yeah he die in the 2nd movie(sad)I think he was missing in MK3 but he came back in Mortal Kombat Trilogy, also congrat on finding those VHS :D.

So, man this earthquake stuff was pretty serious. I feel bad for Haiti, very sad for them. :( When I was watching the news the other day, there was really no one there of any authority to organize the recovery. It is good that we have been sending troops over to help. Hopefully they will be able to recover quickly, but look at how long it took New Orleans to recover from Katrina.....

On a lighter note, I have been playing AoS again. I am a little over 80% finished now.....YAY! I am still playing ReBirth, but slowly. :) I plan to hopefully see Sherlock Holmes within the next few days. The last movie Polter told us was good (Avatar), so I trust his judgement. However, he didn't give it his seal of approval..... :lol:

@e1: yeah, the Haiti situation is really really sad and, maybe some of you don't know, but ANOTHER earthquake took place today there, 6.1 in Richter scale, it's terrible and I encourage everyone to help them anyway you can :)

and about sherlock... let's say avatar had a platinum polter-seal ... sherlock would have... silver... yeah, silver suits it :lol: but, it's a really fun movie, just go watch it (if you are wondering my made up scale, which i thought just NOW is platinum, gold, silver, bronze, aluminum, dirt :lol: )

@chang and kat: i really want to see this movie(along with many others like zombieland that i still have yet to watch). as for liking sherlock holmes..i only read Hound of Baskerville...but i seriously didnt know what i was reading. a bit of not understanding it an the fact that is was summer homework for Honors English in high school...i hated how honor/advanced courses required homework in the summer.

@polter: did you hear china will not show avatar because james cameron already made so much money? i heard that in class today, we had a big discussion on it haha.

@serbine: johnny cage was cool, but i used think Kano(aussie) guy was cool because of his mechanical eye thing(stereotypical cyborg look of the good ol days haha). but he was a bit of a punk an nothing more. an i recently rewatched MK(the first movie) after so many years...so corny but so enjoyable.

and ladies an gentlemen, i think i have hit the peak of my youth and i am descending down into total maturity...the last step of being a full blown adult. i play video games much less, i read alot, and i complain about the weather. before you know i will be talking about the good old days. man, those were the times, going to high school,hanging out with friends, and playing the nintendo 64, ahhhhh, those were the good ol days.

I have always said that dieting and exercise are the BEST way to loose weight and that ANYBODY that really really wants to can make it! want proof? well, i think I've mentioned before that I lost A LOT of weight since the older members met me soooo... lemme show you a classic before and after pic of me :) (left polter weights 250 pounds, right polter, about 2 years later, weights 180 pounds) so greg, keep it up dude!

@Gregg & Polter: Congrats on the weight loss dudes! :D Gregg, keep up the good work bro! I have lost like 30 or 40 lbs. over the last year, but I think mine was stress and depression. :lol: But hey, it was kind of a weight loss plan..... But for real, that's awesome! It is important to try and be healthy anyway. I am not one to preach though, I am not really the one to have healthy life practices. I drink coffee, Mt. Dew, & Monster Jave daily. My food diet is actually pretty good though and I don't really eat fast food anymore.

I think I might have a before and after pic as well, I'll have to see what I can find.

@chang: Dude, we still gotta play MK sometime.....I know you are busy with the Clocktower right now, so maybe after. :)

yea.. I know... maybe this weekend?? I just have a few thing on my table.. and no worrie the clocktower is the less of worries that is what I do with the rest is just giving me an ulcer... :lol:

Now.. I feel like saying what is the rest:

1. working a medium rotations on the oncology floors at the moment. (overnight on fridays)

2. Working on my old project - research on efficacy of alcohol protocol tx in regular floors.

3. started a new project about vit k and warfarin (why? I dunno, i have to be ot of my freaking mind... what that hell was I thinking when I accepeted a 2nd project, when my 1st count for 2 by iteself... *pulls hair* ) .......  (pry bc is a pretty cool one, and is no just me on this one.. but anyway... *pulls hair again* .... ok... better... )

4. reading to prepare for my next exam (is in 7month) so trying to read some lil every day..

and in between somewhere I`m trying to fit what is left of my social life in here ... wait... ROFLMAO... did I just called THAT a social life?? :lol: :lol: :lol: ... 

but this weekend I`m planing to take the sat. (after I rest after my 24h overnight on-call) to relax, watch some anime, play some.. so maybe MK :)

oh no... when I said THAT.. I was not talking about my social life here.. I like my online community... when I said THAT social life is the sad attempt that me and my friends try to do, to arrange all a day off at the same time during a weekend.. or evening... And then taht is not possible.. so you need more than one day.. so you can get together with some one day and with the rest some other day.. and that is when you remember that you have one day off in one week and half of this friends are 2h away......so there is when the calls starts with the "we need to reschedule"

Well, I quit drinking soda about two months or so ago, and I've been on the South Beach Diet for a week.

@gregg, sounds good. i have cut back on soda but not given up entirely on it. most of the time i drink crystal light...but i have no honest idea how my family transitioned from kool aid to crystal light. seriously...it boogles me. and congrats again.

@serbine: i used to like playing as Smoke...and all the different colored syborgs as well. those guys were the coolest.

as for all this MK talk...i was digging through some of my old things and found a TON of MK pogs. i used to collect them in Lajes, Azores. they came in canisters and something like baseball cards come in, with candy alongside the pogs. some of those things were the coolest.

Hush: Yeah, the cyborgs was really cool, I like Cyrax(yellow cyborg)he was pretty cool and Secktor(red cyborg), it really sucks what they did to Smoke though in the recent games.

Well they did this to him, I don't think he look as cool as before even though he was human at first than they made him into a cyborg, they should've either had the human smoke or the cyborg version(they're the same person).

actually, my dad loved it...an hated me. i could "shake" off red an purple turtle shells which never made him happy. also, if you came to my house(especially on Halo day) you had to play him one round. even one time a buddy came over to study for some college course...we ended up playing EVERY map in the game instead in one sitting. good times. now, my 64 an that games sits by my ps3 in veneration.

and in recent news, besides saving up for more of my precious models...i want to save up for a billards table or a drum set. the thing is i win in billards by B-S and i dont know how to play drums. but if i have one or the other...i can get good at them right?

Polter: I was talking to hush when I posted that :lol:, I though that was his main look with the original costume being the alternate, either way yeah you can use his normal look in Armageddon not sure about Deception though, also I haven't play MK vs DC but I'm sure why it get alot of hate from the fan, I mean atleast the fighting mechanic in the game look more exciting and fresh than Deadly Alliance, and maybe the others as well but I haven't play those, so I'm not too sure plus my lil bro told me that Deception was better then Deadly Alliance.
