Actually, the 3-word topics are one of the minigame topics sanctioned in unions by the Gamespot TOS.

Thanks for bringing that post to our attention. In the past we have had trouble with some union games that Gamespot viewed as "spam", but from that I can see they have changed their stance on it since then. So I will keep the thread open and I apologise for any inconvenience caused :)
