I believe GTA IV was originally supposed to come out in fall.

Like October, and then pushed to April and since then Rockstar games like Red Dead Redemption, L.A. Noire and Max Payne 3 came out in the spring. Funny how one delay did all this.

Funny enough GTA V is announced in the spring and is coming in the fall, so that there is something that is rather interesting since a big Rockstar game(that isn't a port of course) is finally coming in the fall again for the 1st time in years.

For me I can work harder on my backlog now.

Sony is rumored to announce the PS4 on the 20th of this month. This would be massive news.

Personally, I can wait for the PS4. Like most consoles, it'll probably be over a year after its launch that I get one.

The Wii was the console I came the closest to getting at launch. It came out in November 2006 and I got it in February 2007. I would have gotten it even sooner if they weren't so hard to find back then.

My rule is to never buy systems at launch. The closest I did with one was the PS3, but instead I went for a new PC.

I mean, there needs to be games to be played and there are barely any at launch. Not to mention, typically there would be newer and better models of said system. And price cuts make the system more attractive.

I've never gotten those on my consoles.

My 360 had RROD twice.

It looks like Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge is coming to PS3 and 360 as well, so that may give us less reasons to buy the Wii U version for it.

I never even tried Ninja Gaiden 3 yet. I'll have to do that sometime.

Of course, would be strange if you couldn't play as characters you alter their outfits for.:P This is turning into Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 again.

Just a year after the base game is out, an updated game appears a year later but at least it's on the same system! Oh and this is coming on April 2nd.

Nice to have all those playable characters. Maybe I'll enjoy playing as Kasumi.

So I read that Saints Row 4 could come as early as August, just before GTA V...wouldn't that hurt the sales of that game?

Maybe it would. I plan to get both of those games though.

Also, I just played Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One for the first time earlier and it was pretty good. 

How would you compare it to other PS3 Ratchets?

Also, new Batman Arkham game confirmed for 2013, but it won't be by Rocksteady since they're making a prequel to the 1st Arkham for next year, time to be skeptical now.

Yeah, I heard about that. Honestly, I'm not that worried about it having a different developer. And speaking the Batman: Arkham games, I recently played a game similar to those, which is The Amazing Spider-Man, which is pretty decent.

Yeah that's a really decent game, while Batman may have the higher quality superhero games, I think Spider Man is more consistent.

Well, I could see why you would be worried. But I'm prersonally not too worried.

I might even like it more than the Batman: Arkham games. 

Until the game is out we'll see, in fact I'm thinking they might do something new with that series, maybe expand the combat system or add more life to NPCs to make it more sandbox like. Though I wonder what setting it'll be.

I want to see Catwoman playable through the whole game from her own prespective, expanding upon her playable sections from Arkham City.

Never thought of that, in fact, that would be awesome even. And maybe there should be other playable characters if it works out, like Nightwing.

I remembered rumors about Batman AC having multiplayer, and it never came of course. Now I'm curious if the new devs would even put multiplayer in it, but I'm not sure if it'll ever fit and I don't see it happening, would be surprised though. Though Batman and Catwoman/Nightwing teaming up would be a twist on things, like teamwork abilities.

Apparently, there's also a Captain America game in this kind of style. I haven't played it though. Batman: Arkham Asylum clearly has inspired some of the superhero games released after it and it's easy to see why with the success of that game.

On the subject of superhero games people consider the inFamous series to be one of the best superhero game series, though Batman Arkham series reign supreme.

I would like to see a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game that's like Turtles in Time, but with features they offer in newer beat 'em up games, like buying new moves and health upgrades and stuff.

I finally have almost 300 titles in Dead or Alive 5. 

I got PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale earlier and I've been enjoying that.

Well, there's quite a lot of trophies in the game to get. I do already have over 20% of trophies in the game though.

And now I have over 80% of the trophies.

Probably when it's cheaper. It probably won't take too long, considering how fast MK9 went down in price.
