I guess since Uncharted 2's team has moved onto The Last of Us and Uncharted 3's team is doing who knows what now (likely still patching the multiplayer or hopefully Jak 4) it's Uncharted's turn to go through the phase where Sony gets to do whatever the heck it wants with the ip.

Uncharted 4 then: where you spend the entire game with Elena by your side, plus Chloe gets shot in the face!

something about this new "Destiny" project seems so familiar

It's said to be aimed at all ages

It's being published by Activison so I do expect Bungie to put some hard work into a $30 season pass and $15 map packs

Eric from Naughty Dog says that it will ultimately depend on how big the game is at completion, if it's a double-layered disc like UC3 or MGS4 it won't be released digitally.

That's not the issue. The issue is pricing. A PS3 game would cost me £40 to buy on day one at a shop, £37.99 on the internet or £60 for a digital copy on PSN. It's outrageous.

We get teabagged a lot with game prices over here. It's genuinely appalling.
