Business I dont pay much mind.  It could be both or neither.  What does matter is that GS can be strict and unfair.  He would need to be cautious here even without anyone reporting his actions (some words are auto-flagged without telling you).

So let's review what has been tackled, what remains, etc.

Home:

-Denoted the Leadership change and posted the GI cover, but there hasn't been worthy news from the blog or any other source recently.  One could note the matter of MP 'gods' no longer seeming to matter, but a proper story should cover that.

-The sister site matter has long since been covered.  Maybe make it more official somehow...

-I should probably post the 'Kratos' trailer for 'All-Stars' though it, like the Soul Calibur and MK appearance, do not count towards the recognized games here.  Just 'cameos'.

-We might consider making new 'Officer Jobs' (charter).

-Open the floodgates

-Create TUGOWU elsewhere (Facebook, Twitter, YT, etc.) just to get such distasteful things out of the way (branching out).

Stats:

-Update description?  Seems 'okay' for now.  Perhaps not necessary.

-Tags are updated and nothing new seems to need adding.  You gents feel free to add more as you see fit.

-More 'related games' need to be added.  GoW Trilogy, Collection Origins, GoS and GoW:A come to mind.

-Notice we have just enough Officers, slighty more recruits, etc.

Members:

-Open floodgates *all for you gent*.

-The casting down, raising up, etc. of Officers seems to have been addressed.

-Power changes for Officers *seems to have been addressed*.

-Inviting of new members has been ongoing between myself and Franchise.  We still need more.  Possilby a dedicated recruiter, more (active) union ties *affiliates*, stronger bonds with gow3forums, social media usage, etc.  Maybe even work with PSU and others.  I just know I'm not the chap (usually) to advertise TUGOWU to newcomers of the casual crowd though.  Indeed, this is a weak time for these things and it would be a HARD sell.  Less so, perhaps, with the GS version of the GoW boards, Acton boards, advertising at the GS sanctioned location, using the next 'GS poll' for our own ends, etc.

Board:

-Attend stickies *seems to be pretty well checked*

-New version of some old threads *getting around to it*

-Make more threads.  A few have been made.  Our individual run coverage topics haven't yet been made/ported yet.  Plenty to do on this front.

-Update old ones.  Lots to do still.  Tactics/Tips (CoO, GoS and GoWIII *later GoW:A*), Comprehensive (just GoW:A as CoO, GoS, GoWIII and GoW1 seem like poor time investments at this point *same to Betrayal obviously*), etc.  I'll have to look over many thread to add to this current list of 'to-do'.  Specialty Run is now a 'new thread'.  Speedrun isn't yet as such, but Franchise and I are still working on some details (aside from an update requested by findlestick and adding tyrhhjy's latest run).

-GFAQs/GS split is still something to contend with and HTML issues remain, but things are not as bad as they have been (our union can level again for starters).

-More videos to be made/added.

-More tags, banners, sigs, etc. to be made/added.

-TUGOWU Art Gallery *another photobucket matter regarding entries after GoWII*

Admin:

-Policy updates.

-Setting changes.  Floodgates being among them.  Officers power would be yet another.

-Telegrams.  Leadership change seems to have been used as such.  Perhaps later another update regarding all the work put in.

NOTE: I hate to suggest it, but we still need more advertising, recruiting, etc.  A 'recruiter' is one thing, but having a 'page' that leads to us might also help.  This regarding the trash I so loathe (social networking websites like Twitter, Facebook, etc.)  Even a YT account.

EDIT

After looking into it, I can only seem to remove videos from TUGOWU, but not add them.  Also, the videos must be from GS itself, so whatever we want to add must be uploaded through a GS account anyway.

Aside from figuring out the 'Video' matter (and how some other features work *customized banner, home page, etc.*), the list of associated games should include:
