I rarely curse with my parents around, and I wouldn't dare think about cursing around them....only moderate words really are acceptable.

Actually, according to some of my friends, they are actually very surprised whenever I curse. I guess because I rarely do.

My cursing has gone down after I got out of spanish class (finally) this year. Since I don't get as much homework anymore I am more relaxed.

Yeah. People were always surprised whenever I swore at School. I tend to swear at home most. I did swear quite a bit in Primary School though lol. I just got so annoyed back then. All the rubbish I had to put up with. Wasn't fair. :|

I know its bad, but.... I do admit that i sometimes swear at my parents... But only when circumstances demand. Like if they are cussing me out and its a verbal-war, or if they just did somthing incredibly stupid that directly effects me...

Its terrible, i know, but somtimes i feel like my voice wont be heard with out them.

Eh, well if it works for you, then it's cool. The only time now-a-days that I would curse is when my dad is late. It seems as if whenever we designate a time to leave, we always leave 15 minutes later.
Especially when he forgets something three or four times.
That always pisses me off.
I swear, I love him, but he would late for his own funeral if it was up to him....

My Dad's another one for not that great timekeeping. Well, that is, he's always longer than he says he'll be like if me, him and Mum have gone into town or something. He should really just think about the times before he says them. :P

My dad was alos never good on timekeeping, mainly because he was a drunk. Whats amazing to me now is that he got off the alcohol after my parents got divorced, so that is one time I can say Im proud of him.8)

Well its kinda funny, my dad was the biggest alcoholic in my family,( besides my uncle) and my moms side of the family are real party animals. You should see our 4th of July party, $4000 worth of FIREWORKS baby, BIG BOOM BIG BOOM:lol:

But yea at these parties almost everyone gets drunk, I don't plan on drinking any kind of alochol under any circumstances.

I am definatly starting to feel a tad wierd replying to all these OLD OLD topics because the last pages are never about the topic but anywase, my opion... lol

I'd like to try and take it slow, like try to unlock as much stuff as I can on my own, if theres stuff like "score at least this much on this challenge to get rank #1" and you can repeat the challenge untill you get the highest score, I will so totaly go back and play the same challenge over and over untill I BURY the pre-set #1 score, in order to unlock like idk... new armor or just to get more exp to upgrade attacks... because have you noticed in the first 2 games of the trilogy you really couldn't upgrade ALL your breath attacks to max without playing the game a second ttime? I'm thinking that kinda suckes because it makes you have to like... pick your favorite breathe attack but at the same time.. it was one more little reason to play those games again... except in TEN not so much... I definatly played that again because I wanted to go all psyco on bad guys as dark spyro... holy crap I wonder if Dark Spyro is gonna come back, wouldn't he look SUPER psyco in DOTD and then Cynder would be all freaked out which raises another thought... I wonder if the "Dark Master" is gonna try and controll Cynder again, man I can't tell you guys how much that'd piss me off, it'd be so tight though if she faked going evil then ended dealing some major damage to the bad guys but thats a little emo and I think Spyro and Cynder are together for the ENTIRE game anywase lol so that'd never happen (damn it... it's hard to stay on topic lol)

SOADjoe19

Let me see...How often do I really curse? It's funny seeing the reaction on everyone's faces when I do swear.

"Did you just say ****, Eddy?" they ask.

I guess I don't do it very often.

Awe, nasty! I hate alcohal of any kind. The only way i can drink any of it is if its watered-down a lot with somthing like Pop or juice. I dont understand why people drink

sputnick2006

I know some of you will not believe this according to what I have said before, but those are my feelings for it. I recently started (Legal age of 21, anyone?), but I won't be doing it often. Maybe one more time before the end of this year. I hate the taste of it, but as Iceferno said, it's a way to party and relax.

It's also funny how I was always the type that would never touch this stuff before...

Man, is it just me, or does everyone on here have loaded parents? :|Iceferno

If you mean rich, then no, it's just you. XD

Sorry about that. I would consider myself middle class.

I am definatly starting to feel a tad wierd replying to all these OLD OLD topics because the last pages are never about the topic but anywase, my opion... lol

Dakuu

Sorry, Dakuu, but we tend to go off topic all the time here. I hate to say it, but expect to see it often. But, jump in at anytime. Don't feel left out. ;)

The next responses have SPOILERS for TLoS: A New Beginning and The Eternal Night.

have you noticed in the first 2 games of the trilogy you really couldn't upgrade ALL your breath attacks to max without playing the game a second ttime? I'm thinking that kinda suckes because it makes you have to like... pick your favorite breathe attack but at the same time.. it was one more little reason to play those games again...

Dakuu

Yes, I noticed that too. One of the things I do in most of my games, is max out almost all possible stats, upgrades, etc, possible. Both games did force players to replay them to master all the breath attacks. I guess it was their way of making us play the game for a second time. It was disappointing for me, because I couldn't master everything on the first run...

I definatly played that again because I wanted to go all psyco on bad guys as dark spyro... holy crap I wonder if Dark Spyro is gonna come back, wouldn't he look SUPER psyco in DOTD and then Cynder would be all freaked out which raises another thought...

Dakuu

I think Dark Spyro was BA in TEN. It's the greatest unlockable the game had to offer, and he makes everything far too easy, in my opinion. It would be something to look forward to if he returns. :)

Dakuu

Now that's a different way to take the story. I could imagine them tempting her with the "darkside" again. It would make for a great battle, in which Spyro would have to free Cynder from evil once again.

But then again, Spyro has also been exposed to darkness too, as we saw in TEN. Perhaps, Malefor will tempt them both. Now that would be something I want to see. :D

Also, don't worry about going off topic. As you saw, we are all guilty of it already.

LOTS OF TEXT!!! Now that was fun...

I think if they do decide to bring back Dark Spyro they'd gonna need to balance it out with a goodie 2-shoe's version of Spyro or some other kinda good power, maybe something like the power Spyro used to beat evil Cynder if you recall the final battle from ANB Spyro used some wierd spirit of the purple dragon or something, LOL I totaly just thought of the Yin Yang symbol with black and purple instead of black and white ^^ Oh and I think I can imagine Cynder being able to turn into her big evil form as a power you know where she's still good but all powerful, evill stlye... man wouldn't that just freak Spyro out everytime she transformed lol.... awesome.

I'm speechless. It seemed as if you brought something completely new here, Dakuu. A good conversation of wall o texts! It's cool though. 8)

Anyway, all of these would be awesome. Also if you remember in some of the eariler screenshots of the game, Hunter was seen limp and chained to a near-by wall while Spyro and Cynder were fighting in the foreground.
This is getting me to believe that Malefore will not only focus on taking control of Spyro and Cynder, but also go after Hunter! That is something I would love to see!!! :)

Your welcome. Yeah, I know he can be way overlooked in that snap shot, but it was something I was determined to find, and finally did!

That image itself made my mind go wild with all these ideas of what his role was going to be in Dawn of the Dragon....but this was before all the other updates came through! Now I know exactly whats gonna happen! :D

holy crap... I totaly, thought in the pic, he was jumping like he was fighting WITH Spyro or folowing him, but I now see hes like chained to the wall... wow... so that raises the question of how he goes from, resquing/meeting Spyro, Cynder, and Sparx, for the first time, to being captured by the forces of evil, very interesting.

I think there's 2 parts with Hunter in from AHT. There's that mini-stage in Dragonfly Falls, then there's Hunters own stage which is really long, and damn hard called Gloomy Glacier. Man I had some hard times with that level! :?

I don't remember there being Hunter levels in Spyro 2. All I remember is that flying he teaches you and you've just gotta get over to the platforms he's on.

Yeah, Hunter looked a bit weird in Ripto's Rage, but probably because of the graphics engine. He was the first furry I saw on any game so I was like, "whatz?!?!"
But after that in Year of the Dragon and A Hero's Tail, he looked more like a real cheetah.
Now, in Dawn of the Dragon, I said it once and I'll say it again, I think Hunter made the most remarkable L.o.S reappearence. :D

I think it was more or less how he looked in the original trilogy, but with the graphical enhancement of the PS2/GC/Xbox. Maybe Spyro was the only character who looked a bit different to before. In ETD, his design was spot-on.

So he's in Enter the Dragonfly too? That means I have to hunt down that game, even though it's buggy beyond being playable.

Lol. I'm saying Spyro's design in ETD was spot-on. But yeah. Hunter was pretty much the same too. You never got to play as him though. Hunter just talked to you in some of the early minigames like the UFOs trying to kidnap Cows. I tell you one minigame I really loved in ETD though: the Spitfire minigame! You had to fly around protecting Puff Palace or whatever it's called blasting away enemy aircraft and there were 4 airships parked in the corners of the minigame level.

The only thing I liked about ETD was the optional final bosses, but you had to go through hell and back to get it.
