[QUOTE="Razor-Lazor"]I haven't seen either, but was the SmackDown EC at NWO 2008 actually better than Raw's? I mean, SmackDown's had 'Taker and MVP, but it also had Batista, Khali, Big Daddy V, and Finlay. Raw's on the other hand, had JBL and Umaga as its cons, but for pros, it had Jericho, Michaels, Jeff Hardy, and Triple H.

I'm not doubting you, I'm just having a hard time believing that SD's was better than Raw's that night.The_Dude14

MVP was in the match for, like, 2 minutes before Taker MDK'ed him out.

And Umaga was not a negative for Raw's Chamber. He was ON that night.

Yeah, but it was a sweet chokeslam off the pod that he took.

Was he really? All I know about Umaga in the 08 EC was that it took Sweet Chin Music, a Codebreaker, a Pedigree, and a Swanton Bomb to eliminate him.

Ah, yes. Remember the days where the monster jobbers weren't all taken down by Triple H or John Cena by themselves.

Normally, I would say Jericho, Sheamus, Maryse, and Drew would be the winners. But think about it. That means all heels win on a PPV.

So, who is watching Elimination Chamber?Link256

I will be. But not on Pay-Per-View.

Raw EC: it doesn't make any sence but I will say Triple H will win and with Sheamus facing Triple H with his rematch clause at WM 26.

SD EC: Jericho, with HBK taking over for Morrison, and HBK taking out 'taker of the match.

IC Championship: Kane I hope butit won't.

Women's Championship: Gail KIm :(

But all in all not to bad of a PPV,

I see Bret being there with and messing with Vince.

Also Vince will make Edge Vs. Someone like Batista and Cena will come down and start something with Batista, and Bret will say something to Vince that how about a match at WM 26 Cena Vs. Batista with each of them in there own respectable corner.

but the reason I'm saying that is cause of there is no way WWE is going to let $ to 5 match be on the card, without a little bit of backstage stuff.

Lessee... last year had two great Chambers and a pathetic undercard, history may repeat itself.

I'll take Edge over Batista, and I think Candian unity will win out, with Bret helping Edge. Long run, they're clearly trying to give the rub to John Cena (or vice versa... or merge the fanbases or something), but Edge and Bret standing in the ring victorious would be a great visual and moment for Edge. 2 Chambers and 1 and half (no way the Women's match goes over 10 min, including entrances) leaves room for at least one unannounced match (which is dumb, but whatever). Edge won the Rumble, he needs to have a match and he needs to win.

I cannot see a scenario where Kane doesn't lose to McIntyre.

I'll take the French broad over Gail... I haven't actually seen Gail Kim win a match... but she must of, this was a tournament, right? Whatever. I don't care.

Raw Elimination Chamber:

I think WWE is committed to, ugh, Sheamus vs Triple H at Wrestlemania. If you hearing the sound of someone throwing up, that's just me and my lunch. I think Trips has fallen in love with silent crowds for his Wrestlemania celebrations.

... I figure Kofi starts with one of Legacy. Legacy works together for a while until, I figure, Orton's sudden but inevitable betrayal will eliminate Ted. Kofi eliminates Orton. Triple H eliminates Kofi. Cena eliminates Triple H. Sheamus eliminates Cena.

Smackdown Elimination: Why o Why do you take Morrison out of this match? That's nearly as bad as replacing Sabu with Bob Holly. R-Truth is a non-factor. Logic seems to dictate that HBK takes his spot and sees to Taker's elimination. I could see HBK taking out Taker and literally walking out of the Chamber, which is somewhere between awesome and lame. Maybe they'll swerve Morrison into the match and HBK takes R-Truth, I dunno.

Way I see it there are only three possible outcomes. Taker wins (boo!), Michaels wins (indifference), Jericho wins (Yay!). I'll go with Jericho... which is as much hope as it is anything. Taker may well win, after all his whole title reign seems to be to spite me.

Hopefully, Punk and Mysterio or Punk and Morrison will start

Honestly, I think there are a lot of ways that this Chamber (even more, perhaps, than the Raw Chamber) can disappoint. With the talent involved (and possibly involved) the expectations will be high. I think its highly possible that everyone else in the match will be sacrificed for Taker and Michaels. I hope I'm wrong, on that, but, even more than the Raw Chamber, the other guys in the match are nonfactors and there's a much better chance that Punk, Rey, Truth and Morrison will be treated like nonfactors than Orton and Cena... and maybe Kofi.

How are there only four matches for the show. It seems kind of lame. They better be great matches for those who are paying.

I think (hope) its simply misdirection. WWE teased Batista vs JBL, even though that was no buys, and the money was in Batista-Triple H.

Taker and Edge have a history and it wouldn't do for that to go unaddressed.

Plus, Edge speared the other champion. Its only fair and he's even less likely to face (one can only hope).

Plus, its obvious that there is no other way Jericho could possibly beat the Undertaker.

Well, to equally fill up a 3-hour ppv with four matches, each match would have to be 45 minutes.

WWE Elimination Chamber 2010 PPV

WWE Championship

Elimination Chamber

Randy Orton vs Kofi Kingston vs Triple H vs Ted DiBiase vs John Cena vs Sheamus(c)

Order of Eliminations (Eliminator):

1. Randy Orton (Ted DiBiase)

2. Kofi Kingston (Triple H)

3. Ted DiBiase (Triple H)

4. John Cena (Sheamus)

5. Sheamus (Triple H)

WINNER: Triple H via pin-fall

This properly sets up things for Orton/DiBiase and Sheamus/HHH at WrestleMania. I also thought about Batista coming in and doing an Edge by Beating up Kingston or DiBiase before the match and entering and eliminating Cena so he doesn't have a title at WM and just leave the match then or be eliminated on purpose to continue Cena/Batista at WM too.

World Heavyweight Championship

Elimination Chamber

CM Punk vs Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho vs Rey Mysterio vs R-Truth vs The Undertaker(c)

Order of Eliminations:

1. R-Truth (Chris Jericho)

2. Rey Mysterio (CM Punk)

3. CM Punk (The Undertaker)

4. The Undertaker (HBK)

5. HBK (Chris Jericho)

WINNER: Chris Jericho via pin-fall

I'll go with the idea of Morrison injured and HBK taking his place and eliminating Undi. Of Course Jericho gets the title and sets up Edge/Jericho and HBK/Taker at WM.

WWE Intercontinental Championship

Kane vs Drew McIntyre(c)

WINNER: McIntyre via pin-fall

FINISH: McIntyre wins after that Hammerlock DDT.

Surely this might have a rematch at WM or set McIntyre up for MiTB.

WWE Divas Championship

Maryse vs Gail Kim

WINNER: Kim via pin-fall

FINISH: Kim with an Eat Defeat.

I really want Maryse to win but I've been waiting for Kim to win one of the women title's since her re-debut.

Eric Cohen of About.com's Pro Wrestling section has his Elimination Chamber predicitons up.

"Tournament Final for the Vacant Divas Championship: Maryse vs. Gail Kim - I thought that Maryse was going to win the title from Melina. However, an injury to Melina forced this tournament to take place. I still think Maryse is going to win the title and hold onto it until Melina makes her return, which is expected to be in June. Predicted Winner: Maryse"

"Intercontinental Championship: Champion Drew McIntyre vs. Kane - The WWE appears to backing Drew McIntyre as a star of the future and have even put the Vince McMahon stamp of approval on his character. A victory over Kane is a natural progression in his WWE career as beating a legendary WWE figure will give him a boost in credibility. Kane is at the point in his career where wins and losses mean nothing to people's impression of his character. Predicted Winner: Drew McIntyre"

"Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship: Champion Sheamus vs. John Cena vs. Triple H vs. Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Kofi Kingston - With all the issues currently going on in the WWE, the natural main event for WrestleMania this year would be John Cena vs. Batista. Five years ago, both men won their first main event titles at the big show and it only makes sense for one of them to walk out of next month's show as the WWE Champion. It appears that both D-Generation X and Legacy will be broken up by next month. Unfortunately, I don't see where Kofi fits in for WrestleMania this year. I would have said Money in the Bank but I think the multi-man match that will be taking place this year will involve the mentors of WWE: NXT. As far as Sheamus goes, I think he will be this year's victim to the streak. Predicted Winner: John Cena"

"Elimination Chamber Match for the World Heavyweight Championship: Champion Undertaker vs. John Morrison vs. R-Truth vs. CM Punk vs. Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio - Edge has been guaranteed a title shot at WrestleMania. It makes the most sense for him to fight his former tag team partner Chris Jericho. As I mentioned before, I see the Undertaker facing Sheamus. Last week's beat down on SmackDown makes it appear that CM Punk and Rey Mysterio are heading towards a feud with each other. I would have thought that Morrison was going to be in the Money in the Bank Match but today's announcement changes that plan. As far as R-Truth goes, I see him involved in something for WWE: NXT. Predicted Winner: Chris Jericho"

Which, in that case, would suggest that yes, it would go over the previous record.

Currently, the pre-show is going on. There's another guy with the guy who usually hosts these things. I forgot both of their names.
