So what's this Batista's 6000th title match now or something?

Btw, that poster is awesome!

I've been reading that the people involved in that match are: Rey Mysterio, Chris Jericho, Jeff Hardy, The Great Khali and John Morrison.

So, Rey or Jeff then? Even though I would love to see Jericho or Morrison get it

Unless the WWE "swerves" us, than yes, I would agree Jeff or Rey are the only realistic possibilities, seeing how they are the only two faces in the group.

Khali's a face as well, however I don't think we'll put him in the same wrestling category as the others a.k.a their good, he's not

I forgot that Khali was a face.

Good grief, that would be HORRIBLE if he were to win. Still, yet I do not think that will happen. It would not make all that much sense to have him go from mid-card comedy act, to pay-per-view main event.

Speaking of which, how the hell does doing a very lame segment at Backlash automatically get you a No. 1 Contenders match?

Although, Jericho could make a face-turn, can't he?

Either way, I see Jericho winning with no doubt.

While a Jericho vs Edge World Heavyweight Championship Match would = GOLD(!), I think everyone knows how Vinnie Mac feels about heel vs heel matches

They could, but why the hell do it? He is one of the hottest heels in the WWE right now.

Otherwise, I will put it this way. How often do you see heel vs. heel world title matches on PPV?

From that perspective, I am willing to give them a "pass," seeing how this a match that involves 4 different other guys. It would be different story if that were not the case.

Whatever the case, I think we can agree it would have been better to have someone else in there, such as Shelton Benjamin, R-Truth, Kane, or CM Punk.

I don't actually see them turning him face for that very reason; he's ridiculously good at it.

It's just... I want to see this match so much, lol.

Edge:

1) gave some indications of a possible face turn in his SmackDown promo last week

2) been 5 years since he was a face, where it has only been a year for Jericho

Otherwise, even if neither one of them turn, they could always do the match on SmackDown and/or both be involved in a multi-man match.

My only problem with Edge as a face was that, for some reason, I used to find him annoying (and I mean Cena annoying when he does his lame comedy), so when he became a heel he was like a god to me. These past 3-4 years really does show you how much Edge has progressed in his career

I sure hope so. :D

Also, on Edge being face - maybe he will turn face and form a little aliance type thing with Christian. In hopes of a reunion, I remember seeing videos of old E&C segments, kazoos and streamers!

All of those are good, however, I still want my Mysterio-Jericho match.

Than again, I rather Rey drop the IC title, first.

Correct me If I'm Wrong but I think on ECW last night, WWE changed the #1 Contender for the WWE World Championship match, Instead of Khail it will be Kane Vs. Jeff Hardy Vs. Chris Jericho Vs. Rey Mysterio.

And I hope anyone but Rey wins. :|

Believe you and me I wanted Jericho as well, but it's the same old WWE thinking strategy in that they just CAN'T have heel vs heel matches

Actually, your right now that I think about. The only Heel vs Heel match that ever got over with the crowd was Edge vs Orton from Raw in 2007, A.K.A the match that should have happened at Wrestlemania 23

Even than, reason it worked is because it was something that had been building for months prior, where it made sense to have Orton play the role of substitute face.

I though this match was one of the most underrated of 2007. I also find this match to be much better than the so called 'London One Hour Classic' which, personally, I felt was very overrated

Yawn(!)...however it will be interesting to see who gets the victory seeing as though Cena is (rumored) to be taking some time off soon. The logical choice would be to have Show win and look dominate, but logic doesn't come to the E sometimes

Probably wont order this, all championship matches seem like time-biders, the the negative side of having 3 new champions at one main even. I'm also kind of hoping none of the championships change hands, especially the WHC, seems like that title in particular can't stay in one place for more then a month.

Since the turn of 2009, the three main titles have changed hands a total of 8 times. World Heavyweight Championship three times (Edge from Cena, Cena from Edge, Edge from Cena), WWE Title three times (Edge from Jeff, HHH from Edge, Orton from Edge) and the ECW Title twice (Swagger from Matt Hardy, Christian from Swagger).

Compared to the whole of 2008, the WWE Title has already changed hands as many times this year as it did the whole of last year (HHH from Orton, Edge from HHH, Jeff from Edge). The World Heavyweight Championship changed hands 7 times last year ('Taker from Edge, Edge from 'Taker, Punk from Edge, Jericho from Punk, Batista from Jericho, Jericho from Batista, Cena from Jericho) and the ECW title changed hands 4 times (Chavo from Punk, Kane from Chavo, Henry from Kane, Matt Hardy from Henry). So...

TOTAL CHANGES 2008: 14
TOTAL CHANGES 2009 (currently): 8

The fact that in less than a third of a year the main titles have changed hands more than half of the times it did in 2008 is kinda strange...

IN 2007:

WWE TITLE: 3 Times (Orton from Cena, HHH from Orton, Orton from HHH) - A note to mention is that all of these happened on the same night.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP: 5 Times ('Taker from Batista, Edge from 'Taker, Khali from Edge, Batista from Khali, Edge from Batista)

ECW TITLE: 4 Times (Vince from Lashley, Lashley from Vince, John Morrison from Lashley, Punk from John Morrison)

TOTAL: 12 Times

*Sigh* ths should be a really bad show especally if all Championship change again.

But Orton won't lose to Batista, but I do see Swagger possiably winning VS. Christian, and Edge hopefully can hold on to it.
