This is what I got: undertaker....win....NO WAY OUT OR WRESTLEMAIN*&^IA#4#*6!!!!!!!......... da........... mcmahonona............willllllllll...........HBK..............Batisa......NO WAY OUT!!!!!!!!!!
he was saying undertaker and batista vs cena and hbk at no way out
which mcmahon quoted as the greatest tag team match in wrestling history
 and its true, i saw that info over a wekk ago, dont ask me how its possible, i just did
serbsta69
yes, he knows that already. he was being SARCASTIC. and you know cos you read the spoilers, smackdown is pre taped.
HBK vs Cena AND Taker vs Batista . Both of them are dream matches at WM23 , and looks like HHH will come back after 3 months and Henry will come back at March . Pices
no chance, HHH is gone for a loooong time. and those are hardly dream matches either......Taker vs tista wont be good (even though Tista is one of my faves) and HBK vs Cena could be good, but the main event is wasted on cena, this should be Randy or Edge. but alas, its better then umaga in the main event

No man , Flair should be close to retirement because he is 58 , but Taker is 41 . He is still got a long road for him to retire . (their ages are true , according to wikipedia.org)Pices
Yes, the most credible source in the world, the ever so editable wikipedia.
*sigh*Â
Here is why my only problem with Ric Flair is fear that he will die in the ring (which makes me morbidly wonder if the show will go on, then).Â
He knows his role.Â
Since Ric Flair showed up in the WWF in late 2001, he has been the epitome of a team player. He has worked harder than anyone I can think of to get others over, not himself. Without research, I can barely name 7 matches Ric Flair has won since he came to WWE. I think we've done enough with Taker on this subject, so I won't go into it. He puts over Triple H like he's related to him. In Evolution, he worked to get both Batista and Orton over by association and put both of them over when it was time. This past week he put Jeff Hardy over. He has been the go-to guy to beat down for heel heat for a few years now (Rated RKO did it like 7 times, Triple H did it to make himself a heel on a return). There are so many more instances over the past 5 years where he has gone above and beyond to put others over that it almost works to the detriment of his legacy.  Even in instances where he has won, he has been working to the benefit of the company. No one in nearly a decade has tried as hard to raise the prestige of the IC Title than Ric Flair did by winning it and trying to put it on a pedastool with his World Titles. He knows that he is past his prime and knows his place on the card. Since 2001, how many main events has Flair been in? How many World Titles has he won? The answer to both is zero. He can still draw. His feud with Foley was one of the most anticipated matches for the PPVs they wrestled.. After the interaction at Wrestlemania XX, Flair vs the Rock would be one of the matches I'd like to see more than quite a few others (Several, several wrestlers before Taker). Say what you will, but I'd be more willing to pay to see Flair vs Hogan limp out and wrestle each other than to watch Taker and Batista limp out and wrestle, and I might be alone in that here, but I know that I am not alone in that assertion.Â
Look at their position on the card, Taker is in the main event after winning the Royal Rumble. Ric Flair isn't even on the card, yet. At most, he'd be in contention for the IC Title.
Other factors, Flair shows up for work every week. I can't remember the last time Flair took time off to heal legit injuries. Flair isn't as good as he once was, he may not be as good as Taker is when Taker is motivated right now, but he's still better than the majority of the roster in the ring. Flair's match with Angle a while back wasn't too shabby, either. Flair is still a ridiculously, ridiculously better promo than Taker ever has been, even when he's bordering on senility.
I can't believe you kids have forced me to defend both Triple H and Ric Flair.

The Dude putting HHH over? I suppose you have lost that tag.
I think that an interpromotional TLC match at WM23 could be good possibly replacing MITB 3. WGTT vs. Londrick vs. Hardys vs. MNM vs. Cryme Tyme *I don't want them in but you know WWE will have them in there*
I'm not liking this double face vs. face main event thing going on right now. I have a feeling (okay, more like I'm hoping) the main events will somehow end up being Cena vs. HBK vs. Edge vs. Orton, and Batista vs. Undertaker vs. Kennedy.
Defending Flair in this case is certainly well warranted. I can think of a single main event Flair has been in since 2001, and that would be his TLC match with Edge on Raw. He went into his first ladder match of his career last year and put on a hell of a show. Granted, Edge was in the match, but thats still saying something. Taker should retire, not because of his age, but because of his ring rate ect.*sigh*Â

The_Dude14
Dude, while you make some excellent points about Ric Flair, regardless of the other stuff about The Undertaker, Triple H and everything not relating to Ric Flair, I have some grips.
First of all, what does is have to be all or noting in the wrestling business? Why is that, "Legends" in this case, have to either be in vain of Undertaker winning almost every match in sight, regardless of the fact whether or not he needs to or in vain Ric Flair, job to almost anyone and everyone that is flavor of the moment...
That brings me to my next point. Rather than being remembered as 16-time world champion, person who wrestled in the WWE championship match at WrestleMania VIII and guy who wrestled the likes of Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, Dusty Rhodes and Roddy Piper, most of the casual and younger folks of today, will remembered as some "old-guy," as some "wash-up," who jobs to majority of mid-card on Raw. What the hell? Am I the only one who has problem with that? Look, this by no means than I think he should be in the vain of The Undertaker, however, I simply do not think he job to the point where he is sacrificing his legacy...
Plus, there is another problem. If the guy is jobbing to almost every mid-card in sight, what does matter that Jeff Hardy or Randy Orton gained victory over him. How can be special, important or unique when its common happening?
After all, reason that victory over Hulk Hogan still matters is that his legacy is still intact...and why is that case? Because.....he still winning and therefore, matters.....honestly, difficult to say same for Flair...
Also, do not give me this jive that he does not job for anyone. So, I was imagining things when Ultimate Warrior, Bill Goldberg, The Rock, Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker and Lex Luger, among others, gained victory over him?
By the way, this not necessarily mean I think Ric Flair should be on the same exact par with Hulk Hogan, or that he should still be winning to point that Hogan is, however, regardless of that, Hogan is good example of why "Legends," especially and mainly ones who are in higher status, matters that still our winning matches, instead of being some kind of glorified jobber...
Ric helps put new talent over. He has no reason to win. If he wins, his legacy may be intact but overall its not good for the businessKotenksPlease fully read what I said...
Plus, there is another problem. If the guy is jobbing to almost every mid-card in sight, what does matter that Jeff Hardy or Randy Orton gained victory over him. How can be special, important or unique when its common happening?Link256More or less, what I am saying is that whole idea of push is for it to matter...for it to be important.....how can it matter (or be important) when practically everyone on the Raw mid-card is receiving the rub?
In another words, my point is that in order for the push to matter, the person who giving to them has to, therefore, matter.....otherwise...beyond his "legacy," what is difference between someone such as Flair and someone along the lines of Shark Boy? In my mind, not much...and reason why is not good for, most anyone involved, why Ric Flair is currently noting more than glorified jobber..
From my perspective, what I am trying to say is people needed to be reminded why they care about Ric Flair......and Flair as of late, has not really given any noticable reason why fans should......honestly, I cannot be the only one who feels this way?
Without that, my point is that Flair is not only person is being helped from this kind of jobbing streak.....his opponents, are not really helped by matter either because why should it matter that Jeff Hardy or Randy Orton defeated him? Practically most everyone else on the mid-card has been given the rub, so, why should it matter?
To be simple, more or less, it really does not...at least...it certainly could matter lot more than currently does, regardless of his old age...
Edit: By the way, why is that this subject has to be black and white? Why does it have to be all or nothing? Why is that if you are "Legend," you either have to winning all of the time (Undertaker) or loosing all of the time (Flair)? What is wrong with having little bit of moderation in there?
Link, I really don't disagree with you... at all really. I think you're right on the money with your points.  I do think in the scheme of things, Flair's legacy won't be too tarnished by his current status, but its definately taken a hit, especially in the eyes of younger viewers that never saw him in his prime (which damn near includes me and I've been around, but that's another story). Too many wrestlers and fans have too much respect for the man for his legacy to be too hurt by himself. And I'm sure if you ask guys like Hardy and Orton, they'd rank their wins over Flair as some of the biggest and most honored wins of the career, but you're right, a win over Flair doesn't mean what it could or probably should in the eyes of the fans.
At least his heart is in the right place and he's trying to help the future instead of living in the past. And when Flair turns it on, he can still work wonders.

At least his heart is in the right place and he's trying to help the future instead of living in the past.The_Dude14Yeah, I suppose you are right...and if Flair had to go with any one-dimensional direction, I am thankful that he is more of "Mic Foley" kind of wrestler, instead of being something along the lines of The Undertaker...
Besides, in retrospect, problem with his legacy being damaged, if only more of temporary ordeal, probably go back further than his current status in WWE. After all, angle in which he was placed inside mental institution is good example of that point, though, I have to admit, beforehand, it made for some "interesting" promos...
Also, for my liking, his feud with son David Flair and Vince Russo did not help matters either...Â
And when Flair turns it on, he can still work wonders.The_Dude14I have to agree. His TLC match with Edge is good example of that.
What the hell has any of this got to do with Wrestlemania?
Anyway, I'm glad at least that the Rumble winner is actually in the main main event this time around..last year's went just way too quick for my liking. It was mainly just 9 minutes of Randy Orton headlocking and all three's finishers..
What the hell has any of this got to do with Wrestlemania? If they had cut out Mysterio's god awful and obnoxiously long entrance and the second absolutely useless Diva match (was it a pillow fight? ...  I don't care) they coulda given this match the time it needed to be really good.Anyway, I'm glad at least that the Rumble winner is actually in the main main event this time around..last year's went just way too quick for my liking. It was mainly just 9 minutes of Randy Orton headlocking and all three's finishers..Total-KO
And even though its not Triple H on the Raw side, I wouldn't give any guarantees that Batista-Taker will be the last match. Cena-HBK is the better match-up. And more importantly, it is the much bigger match with two much more popular wrestlers and that is generally where WWE will put its main event. Wrestlemania VIII's last match wasn't even for the WWF Title. It could definately be either match, but unless Smackdown's ratings get a sizable boost (which they won't), I would not be surprised to see HBK-Cena be the last match.
