THANK YOU.

I agree with ya it was overrated, RAW keeps stealing the show @ 'Mania
[QUOTE="majingokuss3"][QUOTE="kayne2000"][QUOTE="majingokuss3"]
hell, i skipped that match cause i knew it would suck(diva's c'mon)
kayne2000
so because its a female vs female match you instantly skip it? lets hear it for sexist....
I'm not sexist you idiot, I skipped it 'cause i knew it would suck
unless your psychic you cant know that for sure
most on here didnt have high hopes for wrestlemania yet it got pretty good reviews using the logic this match looks bad ill skip it you should of skipped almost the entire show
and whats wrong with not really caring what all the fans think and want? hell if the guys in the charge of WWE cared what fans want things would be alot different maybe worse maybe better you cant fault hardy for not really caring so much what fans what and despite that he still gets cheered. and whos to say he cant actually wrestle i mean look at cena hes booked to win via the 5 moves of doom every match whos to say hardy isnt booked the same way? im sure he has some wrestling skill in there somewhere.
and im not really sure how he dissappointed you with his career track of coursei havent really followed it religiously all i remeber hearing is he was in rehab and for someone in rehab hes doing a fine job getting back into the swing of things
though i agree backyarders are stupid even if it can be entertaining to watch really have to wonder why they do it its not like they can do it for more than 5 years and theres little to no glory behind it and i cant imagine the pay being great at all either.
Â
Yeah you are right on the money there the pay absolutly sucks (florida too many fly by nights) as far as a backyarder lasting 5 years that doesn't happen most who are serious about the sport go and get trained. Now as far as spot monkeys goes hey more power to you if you can do that and get PAID the money to do that thoose workers like in CZW, IWA and such I know they don't make that much to do the stuff that they do. I am a fan of that stuff (especially the deathmatches) but I also think it is ridiculous to put your body on the line for a couple of bucks too. Then again if I was on a wwe contract my big fat ass would be doing moonsaults and such (vader is my role model) and with that comment it is no wonder why with wrestling there is always a drug problem. Just look at jeff in between movesÂ
Â
Now about the t and A in wwe well he diva matches are stupid dumb and an insut to all real lady wrestlers. most cant work except for a select few and then they get boob jobs and cant do much after that. I enjoy women wrestling when it is WRESTLING not some damn bra and panties match there is nothing sexist about skipping the diva match which by the way probably was the cure for insomin. There are plenty of women on the indy scene who should be in WWE but aren't because they may not be pretty enough or shaped like a toothpick or a future playboy model and that is a shame

I just watched it today as well. It was alright, but no where NEAR HBK/Kurt. It was a good match, HBK was as on as hes ever been, but then I watched Taker/Batista, and honestly, it was the better match.
Since we're on the verge of overrated matches, Taker vs Batista is overrated. Yes, a very enjoyable match but they really overdid the finishing sequences. It wasnt smooth and the Batista bomb didnt sell to me, because normally it would have some sort of counter into it, or some build up moves to it. But no, he just picked up Taker and slammed him. Meh. HBK vs Cena had great build up to finishing moves, like the Ref going hard on Cena and when he turned around, HBK superkicked him. Or the fast counters into the STFU and the FU, those were great. I guess its just what you prefer. I wasnt for the really really slow build HBK/Cena had, I liked how Batista/Taker kept eachother in check (not to mention I hated how HBK/Cena had to bury all the tag teams each week) so that was a plus for their match to me. But I agree with you, I marked out at the superkick, they really did execute their finishers well. But also I gave Taker and Batista points just because they shocked me, I thought Batista was just talking out of his steriods. Either way, they were both solid main events. The world heavyweight title match should have been second to last on the card though.

I really wouldnt have minded the slow build up, as I said before, if it mattered later on. HBK literally spent 15 minutes crushing Cena's knee, then 12 seconds into the Cena series he stopped selling it. It felt like 15 wasted minutes to me.

In my opinion, Cena/HBK had more of the psychological game and tactics going on in the ring which favoured better with me than Taker/Batista. Taker/Batista was good and had some good spots in it but it just wasn't enough to beat HBK/Cena's match.
HBK/Angle>>>>>>>HBK/Cena>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Batista/Taker
I think the reason why Takers match was so good is that nobody expected it I mean Taker looked like he did about 10 years ago. The sad thing is that Taker wanted one more title run before he retires looks like we might see the last of the undertaker soon....... Cena HBK was overrated but who else on the RAW roster would have been able to put up a high profile match like that. Next to the Trump match that was the second most pushed match. Honestly it was destined to fail or live up to the hype and since the Taker match was first and was better then what people expected (me included) I think everybody was expecting steak and ended up with hamburger instead;)frankiebdv
Someone expected a match involving Lashley and Umaga to be good? Seriously?
The reason the match got as much hype as it did was so WWE would be featured in mainstream media (NBC, ABC, CNN, etc). And in that regard, it was a success.Â
looks like somebody missed the mark........ What I was saying is that most expected the Cena match to be better (me included) and that the Taker was better then what most expected and that it wasn't given the hype that the Cena match was given....... Of course the lashley match wasn't even going to come close to the other two and of course it was the most hyped for the mainstream that was not the point even though I thought it wasn't bad and I knew as soon as umaga touched Austin how the finish was going to go. It was still a pretty entertaining match as there was good reaction by the fansfrankiebdvIm VERY certain people gave Taker vs Tista more credit because no one expected a great match from then. Im also pretty sure reviewers who rate the matches (ex. PWTorch) gave it about an extra 1/4 or 1/2 star because of that.
[QUOTE="icup01"][QUOTE="BirdBoy_CM_HB"]so who won that Khali vs Kane match?PicesI think it was khali
[QUOTE="kayne2000"]Yeah I would guess those would carry the match if that happened. Hardys would do some old spots of theirs and Jeff probably would come up with another big spot that will take him out of the match. CM Punk would be good, he got a 5 star match where most of the match was done unscripted. (the Observer rated it 5 stars, the most trusted review site for matches) As for the winner, my guess would be CM Punk or Orton. Jeff really did insane moves in Wrestlemanias , first the Swanton Bomb on Bubba Ray from the ladder on the table . Now a leg drop on Edge on a ladder , Jeff is really a respected athlete and he did 1 other thing in the match : he ended Edge's Wrestlemania undefeated streak And Joe's winning streak was ended in a Triple-Threat match. But Joe was never involved, and neither was Edge, really. If he was about to get the briefcase (which he could have, but I think he didn't), then he technically lost.for instance the hardys and edge probably would of taken over that show with there ladder experience and possibly cm punk since i hear hes so great they would be that safety net is my guess.
