Honestly, I think Batman is only winning on account of popularity. I mean, I like Batman as well, but in a random one on one fight, Spidey is a mix between Superman and Batman in terms of skills. Bats might be cooler and have more toys, but come on, a superhuman with webbing vs. a glorified ninja (which is what I, a super Batman fan considers him to be), and it's a close match, but it's going to go to Spidey with his speed, enhanced strength that goes beyond human ability and agility (which he has more of because his is more slender than Bats).

What do you think of that analysis, Spidey?
