I like the old country, and the new country. I can say Country is more than likely my favorite genre. Rock/Metal I like as well. Don't really care too much about rap.

Actually before you told me I'd never heard it before. Good song though! deep meaning and everything.

Although some of my Lonestar favorites Were Lets be us again, My front porch looking in . Mr Mom ( I swear it was on just about every day back in 2005 on CMT so naturally it just kinda got stuck in my head :lol:

 Also I recall a few others I liked such as Live like you were dying by Tim Mcgraw and When the sun goes down by Kenny Chesney. Kenny is another artist I used to like alot but it's been awhile since I've listened to him Lol!

Not sure if you'll like it, but I'm really feeling this rap album by a guy named Json. I'll probably buy it tonight when it's released to iTunes.

Check out track #3 and #7, if anything. I love the beat on #7.

@newera either, I checked out all my favorites of eminem, tech n9ne, ect and DMX is the only one dropping a new album soon, other than that I can't find anything, and for metal anything again and did the same, the LoG album dropped right past me a couple weeks ago so I checked out all my other bands

1 thing new I learned though was howard jones left KsE which 1st pissed me off, THEN I saw jesse Leach is coming back for them and I LOST it!!! I worshipped that guy and got all his band's albums outside of them and killswitch engage was so much better with him there IMO and can't wait for their new album to drop

I've always been a fan of Styles P imo you can't go wrong with stuff like A gangster & a gentlemen, Super Gangster plus check out a mixtape or two if you want like Ghost dub dime and phantom empire.

He's got great flow and his rap has this New York vibe to it, you can definitely tell he was born and raised in Queens lol

Also another rapper I'm a fan of is Jadakiss and albums like Kiss of Death and The Last Kiss. Another very New York rapper.

Mobb Deep is great group to check out. And a killer with rhymes and vocab. IMO an album you gotta try of is The Infamous. Hard s*it all around

As far as metal goes Judas Priest- Screaming for Vengeance

Motley Crew- Too Fast for Love and Van Halen's Van Halen album. All 3 are pretty heavy and intense though great stuff and very pounding guitar
