My bro has had his 360 on for two days straight (cuz he kept forgetting to turn it off! moron!) and when I got my console night of launch it didn't get turned off for about 22-24 hrs. It was a MONSTER gameathon! My console lasted for a year and a half being played an average of about 4 hrs a day (weekends were the times it was played the most though like 6-10 hrs a day depending on how late I stayed up and how early I started).

Let me guess; you "have a life". There is nothing wrong with taking a day off to yourself to enjoy videogames. The world is already uptight, might as well have some fun doing what you love to do.

Tru dat! I love it when I get to have a gaming night with my buddies! We may play for a good while but it's MAYBE once a month (more like once every few months). He just asked a legit question and wanted to see what everyone else has done.
My current record is 11 hours with FFXII. However, this coming weekend, three friends and I will try to play each Guitar Hero from start to finish with breaks only to use the honeybucket.
3 months without a 360 can you top that? Microsoft sent me a broken one after red lights and they still haven't sent me another. I stayed on over night a few times. I guess im not anti-social.

hell naw i would never wanna play a video game for 17 hrs straight. the most ive played was like for 5 hrs. but when GTAIV comes out i think i might easily pass 17 hrs
I left my Xbox 360 on for a week after I got it on launch day. I was reading news stories about them breaking and then I would game on mine for an hour or two. otherwise, it was playing my DVD collection of TV show seasons every night and music streamed from my PC during the day while I did my college work. In fact, its on right now...
