Assassin's Creed was way better than decent. It was a really fun game. However, it did get a little repetitive. Assassin's Creed 2 should be amazing though. When it comes out it will probably be one of the best looking 360 games.
Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation, Assassin's Creed, Fallout 3, Fight Night Round 3, and anything with the Tom Clancy logo.

I agree with this sentiment. ANYTHING with the name TOM CLANCY printed on it sounds pretty damn good, and we all know that the graphics for Rainbow Six Games have always been the best of their respective times.

Nobody is mentioning Far Cry 2 which has some of the best. Urdnot Wrex in Mass Effect does look ridiculously realistic. It's strange because nothing else in the game looks as good as he does, but everything else looks amazing anyway.
For me, in HD, Gears of war 2 definatley. There are alot of really nice looking games out there, Assassins Creed, GTA IV, Mass Effect, and even some Clancy games, but Gears is just a visual masterpiece. The graphics are so sharp, and so jaw-dropping, that nothing comes close this gen so far.
