uhhh no im saying 2 critics' scores shouldn't have the say that a game is better than the other....

consider this, if you went to the doctor since you werent feeling too good, and he prescribed some medication, and a whole bunch of your freinds told you that his prescription wasnt as good, would you listen to your freinds, or would you listen to a professional..

WTF....really...comparing something that can save your life to mere entertainment? again your logic hurts the more intelligent. i mean really, i would defintely listen to the person who gave up years of their life and thousands of dollars in tuition money to get the degree that can save my and is what's between me and to better health. but comparing THAT to games...god you would suck at essays..anyways I,ME, andMYSELF only decide if a game is good to ME...not someone else, sure people can tell me things they can complain about in a game, but regardless of that, when it comes to games, i don't let a critic's score, friend, or complete stranger determine what's better of a game to me. which makes me wonder why you made this thread to begin with, like your opinion is above all others'.

i kno there have been many threads like this, but i just wanted to say that halo 3 is better than cod4, it has the forge, amazin weapons, vehicles that are amazin, etc......plus i think a lot of people like cod4 cos its more noob-freindly, if you shoot a person 2 -3 times theyre dead, whereas in halo you need skill and need to empty more rounds into a player to be able to succeed, thats why i think a lot of people like cod4 better....it also could be because cod4 moved into the mordern era, so people felt like they were playing a idffernt game........also if cod4 is bettrer than halo 3, why did both ign and gamespot rank it lower than halo 3.......halo 3 scoring higher is a testament to it being better than cod4....Iron_Re4

sorry abt that....forgot to answer it.....and i was joking when i made that doctor analogy....geezzz....and no i dont suck at essays or anything of that sort, i am well versed in the english language......and to answer your first question, theres something known as matchmaking that is also present in Halo 3.....so there you go, as long as u use that feature youre good to go.....

Cod4 makes halo3 look like some third rate shooter. halo sucks big time, at least to me it does. Rainbow 6 vegas is better than both, think about that. Rainbow 6 > cod4 which is > than halo3

well i play unreal tournament alot when im in the dorm, since i dont have my 360 here, but i definitly dont get my ass handed, the fact that they balanced the energy sword is amazin.....the powerups in halo add a little more stratgy to the game...also there are nades present in cod4, so dont start with the nades topic, and halo has only 8 nades total that you can carry at a time, so it is balanced.......please dont start on halo sucking cos it doesnt, youre just biased and thats it,

and even if halo 3 and 2 arent as amazinj as halo 1 (and now dont go on saying that halo 1 sucks, cos everyone knows that it doesnt, so please just save it if you were going to say that it sucked), they are still good games.......halo 1 is unbeatable in my opinion and stands up there with shooters like half life, etc......ive been playing it everyday now, and im still not bored whatsoever (halo 1 that is)....

ROFL! halo is for skilled people...thats funny i think i fall asleep before i can get someones shield down in halo its pathedic if you think halo needs skill. i houestly think halo is 1 of the worse and boring multiplayer games i have ever played on xbox and last game to talk about for skill wise.

Reason 1- may i remind everyone of halos completely unbalanced weapon system? the sword? the rocket launcher? the beat downs? theses are just some of the examples that if you use any of those tactics your top S**t in the game. thats not skill. games in online of halo remind me of a bunch of fat kids running around trying to find the biggest cookie of them all.

Reason 2- the maps in halo make me wanna kill myself. the rate of your charcters speed x the length of the map = the most boring gaming experiance ever. really the maps are completely oversized. if your not running your ass off in the game your taking a break from holding down the run joystick to long trying to find someone to kill.

I think i made a good enough statement to proof how false this forum is. i suggest all you halo fans out there try a good game for a change try some COD 4 :)

Halo 3 ranks you on how good you are. Cod4 ranks you by how much you play. Maybe thats why you like it better then eh?

halo 1 had the most balanced weapons ever......the energy sword, fuel rod, flam thrower, rocket launcher, and brute hammer are noob weapons no doubt........they add some spice to the game here and there, but i dont use them, even if i get the chance, i also condemn people on live if they use them......but other than those few weapons all the other weapons are balacned, esp in halo 1.......and dont start about halo 1 having the most unbalanced weapons cos it doesnt...also the melee attack is in other games too like COD4 so why r u dissing it in a halo game....and the maps in halo that are big have somethig known as vehicles for transport......thats why they put vehicles in the game - for you to use them, not just for you to stare at.....

rofl thanks man i almost forgot about the auto aim and yes of course it makes it less skill challanged. nothing more unskillfull then leting the aiming do it all for you :P what a horrible gamekepic

well Imostly play halo 1 on the pc, since im in college, and the pc version has no auto aim, plus i use a 360 controller, so that requires a sh** load of skill esp to pull off those 3 shot kills with the pistol, which im profeiceint at.....

uhhh even though you might be on a team on with the higher rank doesnt mean they're good. they could have been playing for a long time, and suck, and would have been on teams that carried him to his rank...
