I just started using HBOGo. It is amazing. The quality is far superior to Netflix, it actually looks 1080p, not jagged, washed out and blocky. HboGo is easy to navigate(you don't have to start the program to get information about it), unlike Netlfix. HBOGo also has a huge selection, it looks like many of the series HBO has created over the years are, there as well as all the movies HBO is currently offering.

So far this is easily the best app and frankly, the only one worth using.

Except you need to have a cable subscription to use it. Honestly, why can't I subscribe just to HBO?

That is strange you can't just get the HBOGo app. I have a cable subscription, so I get it on the xbox. It is the only app that has more content on it than its cable counterpart. There is no reason to watch Xfinity, Vios, SyFy, etc. on the xbox because the normal cable service gives you identical programming.
