GRAW 1 was a good-looking game, especially for its time, but no one should be tossing that name out when one of the main things they concentrated on for GRAW 2 was increasing overall graphical quality. Which they did, in spades. I wouldn't want to play GRAW 2 in 1st-person just because your guy's character model is so awesome-looking. GRAW 2 also has the best lighting I've seen in any game. It's just remarkable, especially when there's a sunset and everything including your guy gets this sort of very realistic reddish/orange glow. Good stuff. If GRAW 2 had Vegas or Darkness' kickass blood effects, I think it would've actually been the best-looking game out there.
KAMEO,

overall i think its better then gears,
Riki101
u need to be slapped
Gears pretty much takes the cake for looks right of the bat, but other games for the 360 offer alot more interaction with the environment. The darkness offers interaction with all lights witch is pretty awesome, its though its a main part of gameplay so it should.
F.E.A.R is a good example of great environment interaction and shoddy graphics. If gears 2 could nail the level of detail it had with the first game and then better interaction with your surrounding....Thats pretty much the game I'm looking for.
So far though it has been pretty much one or the other.
Age of Conan Hyborian adventures is probally the best, but its not out yet so ill go with Gears Of War:D
