Of coarse the next Xbox will have better graphics, but i want them to add a game making feature were u make your own games like action/adventure,shooters,third person shooters,stratagy,rpgs,sports,and racing games, then people could publish and copy right them then let people buy them off of live, the game maker feature should have multible engines to build your games with and be able make maps, charaters, enimies, and story lines of coarse probably all the games would have on Captions for dialog unless they allow or find a way to put in a voice acting part to the engines. Either way it would be like japan people make games all the time by themselves and make copies then sell them at their local game stores. It would be really fun and alot people could put out amazing and fun ideas then put them on live for others to play. It might also serve as a way to find furture game designers for microsoft and other developers and be a way to make it big, like Musicians on Myspace.
what the hell does 'double the graphics' even mean? im curious as to what people actually mean by this because it sounds dumb and free xbox live has nothing to do with the xbox and is still a bad idea, i really fail to see how people dont realise that nothing is free and that if you dont want to pay for xbox live im sure the PS would be more to your liking. Id rather have the online experience i do now paying for it, then a sub-par one for free
Before i get a hundred stupid comments 'PSN is free' i guarantee u its not, whether they pass on the costs through higher console, game or accessorie prices it still costs the consumer money, successful businesses do not provide such extensive services for free

PSN is free, Wii wifi is free, im not sure about steam but i think it's free. And even if you are paying for PSN as part of the price for the Ps3 (what $100) it still wouldn't add up to the cost of paying for 3 or 4 years of live. Also the Ps3's higher price is due to the fact that it has a blu-ray player. Also does Ps3 require a network adapter? (im not familiar with it). Wii doesn't. Live is a big part of xbox. It could at least be cheaper. All im saying is that xbox shouldn't have all these unnecesary additions and costs to it. Successful businesses don't just provide great products, they take care of there customers first.

As much as I wish this would happen, no company would do it. They want you to go buy crappy half ass games. If you could just make games yourself and download other peoples games cheap(or even free) it would cost them more than it could make them. Even if they jacked the system price up severely. Sure I'd buy it, but most casual gamers won't pay for a feature that they don't want or are to lazy to learn how to use.

im just sick of the fact that if ur 360 falls over during a game, the fan scratches the game to death. Who's bright idea was it to put the fan on without a protective case or something. the amount of ruined 360 games because of this is collossal

to me xbl should be free. imo xbl is highly over rated.
why is everyone saying blu-ray. i think it should be a new format. maybe green ray. just an idea. also better graphics and loads of memory so games can be downloaded or on discs so people can decide what they prefer.
Plug and play hard drive like PS3, Blu-Ray or better, DX11 capable GPU with 1GB gddr3/5, 1-2GB DDR3 memory, 32nm Quad CPU, AN EFFICIENT COOLING SYSTEM THAT BLOWS AIR OVER THE CPU/GPU DIES INSTEAD OF SUCKING HOT AIR AWAY AND MAKING A HELL OF A RACKET. YOU CAN SACRIFICE SOME OF THE SLIM AESTHETIC FOR BETTER FORM AND FUNCTION. We'll see what 2010 brings, I'd pay $600 for a console like that.

I agree everything apple makes i s better than microsoft. I pefer ipods and imacs than those zunes and their comps. Apple always makes things somehow addictive.
oh yeah i forgot to mention there should be full back compatibility with xbox and 360 games. not jus thalf like this time. also i want to use my current profile with all my achievements and gamerscore on. i wouldnt want a new one to come out and all my g goes to waste this soon.
The worst thing ever that scratches my disks up is, the Xbox uses a needle to read the disks! Also, they should have a Home like PS3 will. Maybe, downloading and playing at the same time.
But seriously i want no rrod, disc scratching,3x the amount of ram, better graphics, built in wifi, xbox live gold free, green ray (2x more room then blu ray)
If they also included a case of Mountain Dew and a box of adult diapers with every console, it would make for a fine evening of gaming. Or preparations to stalk an astronaut.
they should put some kind of feature in the system that lets you record your game sessions so you can watch what you did later or upload it onto a website or something
