People seem to think im rich because i have most consoles and two 52" HDTV's but they don't realize is I bought my xbox, Xbox 360, Wii, gamecube, DS, PSP and mostly all the games. Plus I bought one of those HDTV's, and I'm only 17. I got my PSX, and PS2 for xmas.
well, I used money from graduation to get my 360, but shortly after that I got a job and paid for everything else myself and put the money back into savings.
I bought mine when i was 13 or something like that. i got it the day it came out and my parents didn't help me with it at all (notice the sig) I had to mow a bunch of lawns to get it but it was Worth every step. but now im 16 and work full time so it wont be that hard to get things now, but of course i have a car payment so that might be a bit tough to get around.
Bought mine last summer. I was working a turn-around at a refinery (about 80 hrs a week) and had no time for real-world fun so I decided to get some virtual-world fun. Still only played for about 30 min (at most) a night though.
I didnt pay for mine, i actually won it so i was pretty happy, but ive been trying to buy most of the games myself, oh man zeldafan how in the world did you earn that much off a paper route? i only earn 6 cents a paper so that is pretty much a dead end for some money, it annoys me so much, but i give you credit for staying with it that long to earn that much money ;)
Someone just handed it to me on the street, and then a fairy flew over and told me she would take me on a 50 game shopping spree. After I left, a kid asked me if I wanted his 3 controllers he just had lying around. I said, "Sure,". Seriously....who cares how people get their stuff?
I've actually bought 3 myself.First I got 2 so I could link them up to play with other people but that never happened so I sold one.Then I bought the Elite and sold my 2nd one.
bought mine last year with the money i was making from workin at the mall..had 2 decide between xbox n ps3..so i went 4 da xbox... got me the Xbox 360 elite..bak then it was almost 600 bucks ...i stil got...all the games i have i have bought em ma self...exept 4 fifa 08...

I think most people did that, I remember some investigation by Microsoft and the average age is 20 years. Check the Wii board if you want to laugh at some children.
haha i got my first box with paper money to. then it RROD, Microsoft would not honor the warinte and then my mom bought me the elete for christmas this year lol,

i was rakeing in well over 400 a month and i only deliverd for 1 hour a day 5 dayss a week. i think i got paied about 20 cents each, + 50 bucks salery a month. but i used a lot of gas, i had to go pick up my papers downtown and claim my routes every day, it was worth it.
I did indeed. Bought it in the January sales in 2007 from HMV with Smackdown (sold to a friend) and Gears of War (replaced twice because of tremendous scratching then subsequently traded in). Most of the games I have I bought myself but some are Christmas/birthday presents.
Well, I have to say it was a christmas present during the year of release for me. But I have accumulated games that have costed me a large some of money.. more than buying three consoles.. Trying to get a Wii now, saving up for it. It's hard to buy the "want" stuff when there are soo many other needs for a college student....
i do ,, now,, i bought my replacement unit , my sisters husband bought me the first one ,, preorder it ,, but i ended up not getting it bc we moved i also bought my 2nd wii and my other games i own ,,
Hmmm that is a hard one. I wanted one for my birthday so i actually got something so i gave my parents $500 so they could buy it for me. So i guess i payed but "Mommy and Daddy" got it for me.
