who here actually bought their xbox360!

im saving up for a xbox 360 im goeing to get it with gta4.

i paid for it, but its an interesting story.

originally i reserved it in june of 05 before it came out, paid it off in full around september. unfortunately, because of the stock shortages i didnt recieve my pre-order....or did i? turns out that a week before christmas, my dad recieved a call from a friend that Target had them in stock. so my dad got one from there, but my pre-order eventually came in on christmas eve, except no one told me. imagine my surprise the next day when the 360 showed up :D. the other console was sold to one of my mom's co-workers who was having trouble too.

in the end, yes, i did pay for the console. but my parents arranged a very nice christmas surprise in the process, and another family got to get one too.

I bought my 360 and most all of my games myself.

The only time my folks buy me a game is for Christmas and if they feel really generous on my B-Day.
