wow... Halo 3 campaign graphics don't look so impressive...

Your out of your mind, I have no problems with you Halo fanboys getting excited about Halo 3, but Crysis DESTROYS it in every possible way graphically.

The textrues are vastly superior in Crysis, the effects like the realistic way the light shines through the leaves is far better, the lighting all around is far far better, the polygon count is a least 5x what you see in Halo 3 and the PHYSICS well compared to crysis Halo 3 really doesn't even have physics!

You can't knock down any trees let alone get a response when moving through a brush or anything like that or running over a building with a tank and what not. Then there's the draw distance which Crysis does better then any game ever, or what about the realistic bluring effects and how it gives a subtle but real looking blur to the distance, or how about the game real time weather effects and volumetric clouds? Did you see the storm in the alien fight on the carrier video?! Or how about the tornados that are going to be in the game.

In every concievable way Crysis is miles beyond Halo 3, the gap is so big I dare say theres as big as a difference graphically between Halo 3 and Crysis as there is Halo 2 and Gears of War. Quite simply Crysis is a whole Generation ahead of Halo 3 graphically.

No UT3 is also far, far beyond Halo 3,

Gears of War on 1080i or 1080p also tops it.

The graphics on Halo 3 are good. The problem is that Halo 1 + 2 had such good graphics to begin with that we're expecting this MAJOR upgrade when really it isn't necessary. Besides, I'd rather the game look good and keep a steady frame rate with 16+ guys on the screen as opposed to looking GREAT and having frame rate issues.

lmfao yes GOW is in 1080i you know why? Because it all around has more detail in the game and the 360 simply doesn't have the power to run it at 1080P now that might give your a reason to think Halo 3 looks better on the 360, but on the PC you determine the resolution!

And you can put it up to 2560 by 1600

and this year new monitors are set to debut that will sport native resolutions of 3840x2400 more then double 1080p

Complainers should really take a look at the latest screenshots in their full resolution on bungie.net

I think they look much better than teh actual video...I'm guessing the game would be more representative of those screens *shrug*

download the hd quality video from the xbox live marketplace, i did, and the graphics are beautiful they really are sharp.

now im not flamming you i just want you to watch it as it is meant to be watched.
