[QUOTE="johnny27"][QUOTE="AshieduNwadiei"]I just got a 4670 and Unreal Tournament 3 runs as smooth as silk. Hell It ran as smooth as silk on my old 3450 (although at lower resolutions). I only need to go as high as 1280x1024 or 1386x768 however and it looks perfect. Can you really tell that much a difference on a gaming monitor at those high of resolutions?somegtalover
are u trying to get banned by bumping up old thread? this is the second one

lol fail hes a noob. maybe 1 ban will learn em'

I've been using Gamespot for about 10 or 11 years. This one is linked to my Facebook account. I know what real life is about and what is appropriate, that's what matters.

[QUOTE="AshieduNwadiei"]That's the great thing about the internet. I should be able to comment on a 3-year-old post unless there is some specific reason I shouldn't be able to do so.johnny27

you can't do that hear its against the TOS that you agree to when you sign up.

Disruptive Behavior: Behavior that disrupts the Service for other users, intentional or not, are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: messages or topic titles that force browsers to scroll horizontally; large blank or content-free messages, including quoting another user without adding any additional content and posts that consist only of one or more smiley faces; "rick rolls" (posting misleading or disruptive links); "bumping" older topics (posting in them well after the last post); posting identical or near-identical messages or topics, including "fad" posts or topics; intentionally hard-to-read topic titles or posts (i.e. ALL CAPS, AlTeRnAtE cApS, no spaces, no or excessive punctuation); posting hard-to-read or nonsensical messages in a single or multiple topics; posting large ASCII art (except in social topics specifically calling for it); or post counting (i.e. "First", "100th Post"). Shouting or otherwise creating noise in an active voice channel is considered disruptive behavior.

i think we can all agree 3 years would count as "well after the last post"

Last post was in July of this year.

Not much going in the second game, I can agree. Maybe Gears 3 will actually have a story. Gears 2 was cool though, the scenery alone is worth playing it for, even though the game isn't pieced very well together.

I liked the multi-player in Gears of War 2, but it got repetitive quickly. You have to vote for maps and games and everyone always played the same thing. I could play for hours and not get to play Submission. Everyone wanted to play Guardian. And the shotgun play got old quick, but that alone wasn't enough to make me quit.

Maybe I'll give a good MMORPG a shot, but I wasn't too impressed after the free trial of Warcraft.

All MMORPGs are different than regular RPGs - especially console RPGs.

To what degree I mean? It felt like a typical RPG with other people playing along.

ArmA 2 is a product of the hundreds of community mods created for it so far, just as much as it is a product of Bohemia Interactive. Games like that just wouldn't work with this service.

If it would, I wouldn't fret over hooking a PC up to my TV.

Hardware accelerated PhysX doesn't work on ATI cards, but it could. Come on, it's an open platform. ATI just doesn't support it by their choosing.
