omg omg omg!!!!!

The Sweet Far Thing (3rd in A Great and Terrible Beauty series) comes out the day after Christmas! ::screams:: Yes, this is a very special moment for me. I've been waiting for this since last year. YAAAAAAAAY!!! BTW, i'll post Bunnyman Bridge in my next post. Ok? Cool. Also, (RQ) does anyone else think that N (frm Gossip Girl) looks like Zac Efron (even some similarity)? I asked some people this and they said that they didn't notice. Am I the only one who notices anything anymore?! ::calms down:: Ok then. Lastly, the next chapter of The Heart Wants What The Heart Wants will be online between Sunday and Tuesday. Just a heads up. Happy Thursday! =]

Ghost Stories, Anyone?

Okay, in the spirit of Halloween, I felt that it would be right to tell some ghost stories. Now, these stories might be a little freaky (or nonbelieveable), but they're all true. Some I've heard at camp, have read about, or is just one of those stories that are passed down from generation to generation. I've picked five for you to choose from. The story that gets the most votes I'll tell first, and so on... Now... Let's begin...

1. Rebecca Quick

2. Bunnyman Bridge (aka The Hanging Bridge)

3. Crybaby Bridge

4. The Dancer's Grave

5. The Lady of Lake Ronkonkoma

Happy Haunting....

**insert evil laugh here**

awesomely awesome dream!!!

Okay, I don't remember most of it, but I'll try to retell it the best I can, okay? BTW, it sounds a little like a cliche teen movie.

Alright, so I'm in my tenth grade c. lass (don't ask why, I just remember that it said on the board "Tenth Grade Homecoming: TOMORROW!!"), and so the cutest guy in the grade, Jake (cliche name and he looked like Zac Efron), came over to me and asked if I wanted to go to the dance with him. Of course, I instantly say yes and he says "Great! I'll pick you up at eight." I'm in total shock that Jake would ask me. In my dream, though, I had straight brown hair, hazel eyes, a clear face, and an almost really skinny bod. That's basically what I want to look like in real life. Okay, back on topic, so then after c. lass, I rush to tell my best friends, Raquel and Aaron (in real life I don't even know a Raquel or and Aaron). Raquel is extremely happy for me; but Aaron? Not so much.

A minute later, it switches to the next day and I'm walking into homeroom. I walk in and suddenly see Jake, and some girl--- making out! I stood there with my mouth hanging open and fuming with anger. After they break apart, Jake sees me and says," Oh, hey Mel (apparently, Mel was my nickname in the dream)." He looks at the girl. "Uh... Yeah. Sorry, but Sarah and I are going to the dance together." I was on the verge of crying. A second later, I stepped up to him and slapped him hard across the face. I ran out of the room crying. Suddenly, I was in the school parking lot and was crying uncontrollably. "Hey! Melissa! Wait up!" someone called out. I turned around to see Aaron running towards me. "Hey," I wiped some of my tears. "What's up?" "I heard what that jerk did to you," Aaron said, giving me a hug. "You deserve better." I gave a breathy smile as I tried to dry my tears a little. "Thanks... You're so sweet." Then all of a sudden, we just lean in and kiss. A very romantic, yet cliche (yes, I'm saying that a lot now) moment.

The scene changes to the dance and me and Aaron are dancing together. Raquel comes over to us and says, "You guys are together? Finally!" Aaron and I laughed. It was so cute, the two of us.

And that's about it. Thanks for reading! =]

I Spy

One of my newer novels:

Ella Morris, a fifteen-year-old at Mason Hillside Academy, is anything but popular. All her life, all she wanted to do was make it a little bit higher on the social food chain. At least she has Sylvia and Joanie to help her back up when she falls on her butt. Starting tenth grade wasn't actually as bad as Ella thought. Then soon after the MHA Halloween Bash, two girls end up missing and soon found hanging in the girl's bathroom a week later. Everyone tries to rid this from their heads, but the memory of seeing the two helpless girls hanging there keep coming back to haunt them. About three days after the two girls were found, two more went missing. The numbers kept growing as the students keep dying. After Ella returns home from a party to find her parents crying, she discovers that her own little brother, Alex, had been kidnaped. Ella decided that then and there, that she wouldn't let the same fate happen to Alex. But first, how to catch a murderer?

Spooky huh?

Okay, if this seems too like a cliche horror/mystery novel, tell me. But, it's a start... Right?

fun time

As if school wasn't already bad enough! Ugh. Okay, so the school board decided to try having the school day starting at 8 am and ending at 2 pm (like in middle school). Thing is, now I have to leave at 6, and then I get home at around 4-ish. Suckish much? Hell yes. This will be going on the whole month of October. Then guess what? Starting in January, the school day will start at around 11-ish, and end around 4:30. If the effing school would just stick to one schedule, then maybe some people could be less tired. Today I just happen to not be in school. Thank God for orthos!!! Not. Yeah, so for November and December, I will be leaving home around 10-ish, and be getting home around 8-ish. Doesn't that suck?! Now I'll barely have time for anything!! I'm sorry that I'm ranting a lot these days, but I just needed to get it out. Okay? Awesome. Bye Bye everyone! =]

Picture Perfect

"Everyone has a secret. But who am I to say that we have to reveal them all? Some things are better left secret. As for theSilver Springs JewCrew, their secrets are what keep them together. Meet V, a smart, independent, sophisticated girl who has her heart set on two things: her spot at Yale, and Adam Cohen. Madison Kaufman, the girl from the East who knows how to keep everything flowing perfectly; her dream of being a famous doctor may be closer than she thinks... But first she has to get past the amazingly hot Eastbrook Academy boys. Three words to describe Ella Harrison?: Quiet. Sexy. B!tch. Not saying anything can be worse than doing so; and that works out perfectly for this little chica. Nikki Michaels... Hmmmm... Let's see: she's strong, beautiful, has a knack for every sport ever invented, and won't let anyone get in the way of the big picture. Lastly, there's Leslie Fishman, who's been student council president ever since before she could talk; now there's nothing that stands in her way of becoming prez of the US in 2032. Except maybe... Jason Fine. Senior year for the SSJC's should be the best year of their friendship... But can they get through it without breaking apart?"

That's the introduction of Picture Perfect (formerly B.F.F.L. NOT!!), my newest novel. I just finished chapter 8. Tell me what you think of this! I'm also working on a cover (when I get my scanner working again I'll upload it [when it's done!]). Yeah, so... Happy Wednesday everybody! =]

nothing much...

Really bored rite now. LOL. School's okay... My book's coming along great... There is a lot going on, except it feels like it's not. =\ Been also checking out some colleges that I might like. Yeah, that's me: a high school freshman looking at colleges. But hey, it's never too early to start, right? Yeah... Oh! Now I'm the oldest kid in my house now! Mick's left for the army already. She left three weeks ago. I've been so busy lately that I'm forgetting such important stuff! Anyways... I think that's it... TTYL!! =D

me again

Sorry I haven't been on in a while, my computer's been acting all screwy lately; and just in time for school beginning! Anyway, back on topic, a lot of things have been happening (or will be happening) this month. The season premires of Desperate Houswives and Unfabulous; the season finales of GREEK and Kyle XY; the series premire of Gossip Girl; and finally, the series finales of Kim Possible, American Dragon, and others that I can't think of. LOL. I cannot wait. =D Also, I'm loving the new schedule I'm on! I think that's it for now. Bye bye everyone! =]

i guess this is it

School's starting in eight days, Phantom Planet premired, N00bs are taking over TV.com, Everyone's leaving, and I might be moving back to Eilat (which in reality might not be that bad). The really only good thing about this is that my new novel

B.F.F.L.
NOT!!

is a huge hit among my friends. Right now, it's only about four or five chapters, but it's getting there. This may even be my first bestseller! :D:D:D Also, remember how I told you guys that When Darkness Turns To Light and A Beautiful Disaster might be published? Well, turns out, I decided not to publish them. I don't know why, but I just did. So... yeah.

What gave me inspiration to write B.F.F.L. NOT!!, came from The Clique series, real-life events, and my friends. Truth to be told, the characters are based on real-live people I know. This book is going to be great. I just know it.
