I'm not sure if any of you saw my comment in the BORED thread on the NCIS forum...  if so, you know I defrosted my freezer this weekend.  Or should I say, I started defrosting my freezer and MY HUBBY finished.

My hubby's motto is "Anything worth doing is worth 'doing right'," which translates to "overdoing".  Sometimes I swear he was the basis for Home Improvement's Tim the Toolman.  It can be bigger, stronger, faster, etc... 

This applies whether he is rebuiling an engine in the garage, designing a control panel, building a machine from extra parts or - you guessed it - defrosting my freezer with a blow torch.

He's a strange man, but he's mine.

I heard a really awesome quote for the first time yesterday. I googled it, and found many uses of it, but cannot find where it originated.

Okay, so I finally added more than just my favorites.  I added all those shows that were ever my favorites.  And I was a strange child.

Three of my once-favorite shows carry and pretty low rating.  My lowest-rated shows are Gidget, Kidd Video and Manimal.

I can already hear the groaning.  At least I'm old enough that my favorites don't include Power Rangers or Saved by the Bell!

I would list my favorites, but they're already on the page.  =)  So instead we'll discuss things that annoy me.

Things that annoy me are common spelling and grammar errors, people who call names in the the middle of a debate instead of making a point, people who seem to be intent on disarming America and taking away the rights of the people, people who don't support our troops regardless of how they feel about war, people who disrespect or discriminate, people who blame either God or George Bush for everything that goes wrong in the world, people who think you sacrifice your intellect when you choose to watch reality tv or admittedly low-quality programming, people who think an intellectual cannot possibly have faith, those who abuse children or anyone weaker than they, those who refuse to defend others, and PEOPLE WHO TYPE IN ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME.

Just to name a few.  I'll stop there for now.
