@Hurvl I dont realize many things. I am just a old gamer that likes playing games. Thats it! I just dont think that the Zelda game has GOTY potential. And as we can see from that pol, i am not the only one!
@abHS4L88 Ok where did try to validate myself based on the console i play? Yet again i say, its nor my fault that 3ds and zelda was stigmatized as a console for kids. Its the society and the Nitendo fault. They did most of the games in that console for younger ppl. I admit that they have some games for other audience, and some games i may want to play. But most of the games feels like that were not made with the older people in mind. Thats the feeling i get every time i pass by the 3ds games.
And let me say again, is just what i see in the world.
And one more thing, i said hate, because i felt some in your words. And latelly most of the gamers, (or should i say the new gamers?) play with lots of hate and frustation. Most of the gamers forgot a long time ago, when every thing were more simpler, and when they played the games for the games and didnt cared about what others think. Not saying that you are one of them. I just felt someting in you provocative words, its all.
@abHS4L88 Wow, i really thought that it was an excuse. If that really is your page, and if you did make all of that then i must apologize. Is all of that done by hand? If it is, you are talented. At least you are better then me, since i can only do the stickman when i draw.
And about the fanboyism, well, i still dont think that i am wrong. Because no one would be so upset when some ppl say that they disagree with this game winning the GOTY award. Ether that, or you are trolling me so bad that it hurts. Or you think that the game really deserves the award. In that case, you are a really dedicated guy.
@abHS4L88 Dude, dont distort my words. When did i said that what i said is the "Meta"? That i decided all that? Its not because of me, that the zelda game is stigmatized as a game for kids. And of course some aldults play the game, they all use the excuse that is the nostalgia fault for playing the game.
And by the way, what games do you think i am referring to? I play most of the games that come out in almost all console and PC. I dont like just one gaming system or one type of game. I may play some kids games and such, but i do know that they are games for kids. I dont pretend that they are not..
@abHS4L88 Ok, do some investigation about that scandal then. If you do, you will understand why i don't trust some of this guys decisions. But keep in mind, what happened back then still happens now. Reviewers are in big pressure when they make a review.
And i dont think that Bioshock or GTA or even The last of us should win the award since they didn't bring nothing new to the industry. They are good, don't take me wrong.

Jesus, the big boys consoles analogy is not so hard to understand. I may play some of my niece games, she have karts and such. @abHS4L88 Well, the first zelda games were played by kids, only a very small part of ppl would be grown ups and played it. That time the consoles were mainly for kids and sold as such. These days, consoles are made for everyone since the kids from that time are now grown ups. And i dont see adults wanting to play Zelda. I see them want to play more mature games. Sorry, but that is what i see in the real world.
But they may want to play it, but it is a dirty little secret.
