Wow, you'd try to sue somebody for speaking their mind and expressing their opinion? I mean, it's not like what was said on the show was not deeply rooted in fact - the 360 is flawed, face it. I have one, but I won't defend it - especially not after mine has had the RRoD, along with 2other of my friends.

I hope you were joking, because it's "lawsuit" mindstates like that which leave a nasty mark on the perception of our legal system, and the lazy people in our society that try to abuse it for their own, unearned, gain.

I have one and it works flawslessy and all my friends have one and they haven't had any problems.

I played it for like 11 hrs straight. I have no scratches on my disk I have no loud noises.

Personally its the best built piece of electronics I have ever owned. Ever.

Sure it sucks for those that have problems but I can't relate at all. In my eyes MS should recieve an award for the 360.

The ATI's GPU is superior to the PS3's modified Geforce 7900. The 360 SHOULD have better graphics.

It's just different architechture. It all depends on how much the developer is willing to do with the Cell to get games to look good. We've already seen PS3 is plenty capable of things 360 isn't with Lair.

Couldn't do it. I was there at Sears , just looking at thought hell it has no damn games.

So I decided to wait. Don't me wrong I can get when ever I want to. But the desire is just not there.

Maybe its years of dislike for Sony and the PS, but There are no awesome games on the system this year.

Maybe mid year next year or holiday, but nothing really exciting for it yet.

360 will have a ton of games and will always have more games than the PS3 and the Wii.

Just cause nothing else hasn't been announced does not mean it won't have more games in 2008.
