Its amazing that with the painted on textures in MGS4 that it can't maintain a steady frame rate.

I have the money for the PS3. But I refuse to allow myself to get the PS3.

It doesn't seem to be good.

Too many negatives. Out way the positive.

Plus it has less ram and a cheap gpu then that of the 360, so I'll have to wait.

But I like that it's a Blu Ray player for movies, but not for games though.

I'm no cow, I don't even own a PS3 (I'm mainly a PC gamer), but even MGS4 upscaled to 1080p resolution looks beautiful, and though the framerate does dip below 30 fps at times, it's never low enough to be unplayable or unenjoyable, I'm guessing low 20's at worst. I think the TC might have a point or two in his flamebait of a thread.

First party PS3 titles are looking better then anything the 360 can dishout and games like Uncharted and MGS4 are really showing that. I think it's a safe bet to think that the best looking console games will be on the PS3.

The awful system of installs means you can only have a few games before having to buy another HDD.

Install are so lame. And a because Sony wanted to use the PS3 as a Trojan Horse for Blu Ray.

Plus it has a clunky unorganized system that's not unified and its just frankensteined together.

I would wait till the release an updated version with all the hundreds of patches it needs becuase it sucks.

And maybe by then the will include the DS3 and of course when its cheaper.

But whatever. I don't think its worth it yet.

That is one of the most fanboyish comments I have ever read on systemwars. You have no fact to back up any of your claims. MGS4 looks better than masseffect, I have both games dont try and tell me that the talking scenes with face close up's is what you are talking about. MGS4 graphics blow it out of the water. I have never been a fanboy if anything I have bashed the ps3, you on the other hand just have no idea what you are talking about.

Look at MGS4 very closely and you see its flat and blurry. You just want to accept it as superior.

Mass Effect is freaking beautiful.

MGS is a mono chromatic textureless slide show that is high res PS2ish tactics you cows seem to love.
