I expect Nintendo to show off a lot of new Wii U games, we already know Smash, 3D Mario, and Mario Kart will be there. I think they will also tease a new Zelda, and whatever Retro is working on. The 3DS will get some love as well, probably see a new Zelda on it.
For Sony, we'll see some live demos from some newly announced 1st and 3rd party games for PS4, and then we'll also see a couple new game announcements for Vita (no live demos for Vita games, only remote play live demos). I don't expect to see Uncharted 4 yet, not until after TLOU is out. We'll hear more about Gaikai, more info on Vita integration, and then they'll talk about their online plans (how much will the Gaikai services cost, and if they will or will not charge for basic online play).
MS will have a next gen Call of Duty demo, and a few other 3rd party games will be shown. First party will consist of XBL Arcade talk, a Forza 5 announcement, and then we'll see a new IP from MS. MS will then move onto the casual talk and start talking about Kinect, and how your family will come together around the Nextbox, whether it being everyone dancing along to Dance Central 4 or Sesame Street, watching TV/Netflix, or talking with Grandma over Skype. Then MS will end the conference with a Halo 5 tease.
Sony and MS will both launch their consoles with two different SKU's, one premium model, and one basic. I think the price of the premium models will be similar, nothing higher than $500, with the basic model being $50-$100 cheaper for the PS4, and a subscription based SKU for the Nextbox priced at $300.
