It needs the following: - a harddrive - the ability to produce HD graphics - good online play - more mature games - standard controllers - less minigames games - if they will keep Wiimote then 4 sensor bars are needed for correct accuracy - DVD player capabilities
If this deal happened tomorrow I doubt it would affect the release of those games as they are already close to completion, and EA would make money on it. If anything the 2K series would be stopped before 2K10.
Look on the bright side, this will mean that EA could potentially revive the MVP series.

YES! I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE MVP SERIES BACK! Now, off the caps lock. But seriously there have been no good baseball games since MVP Baseball 2005. All EA would have to do is keep the exact gameplay and just beef up the character models and animations and we would be all set. I just want the frame rate to be good unlike the 2K baseball games.
