It is a good guitar to learn on, but I would eventually upgrade to a $300+ guitar in the future. Don't get a real Gibson Les Paul until you have been playing for years... lol.SpootyHead
Exactly! I had a crappy guitar for a while got good and bought a $700 Signature Les Paul and love it, I can make it sound like a $700 guitar. Your next guitar should be at least a semi-pro guitar.

They have a lot of other great songs, you should check into them.
I was actually really impressed with their newest effort although I still hold out some reservations as I like to wait a few months and see how I feel before I pass full judgement on a new album. Lord_Daemon

I really like them, they have a good pretty good sound. There new album is okay but nothing like Songs for the Deaf. I actually was thinking about seeing them live, its only 35 dollars for any seat in the house and its only 45 minutes away so im seriously considering it. Anyone seen them live? What do you think of them?
Thats a pretty high price for that guitar. I saw it at Guitar Center for a 100...and its not that great of a guitar. I would recommed a Epiphone Les Paul Standard at the least.
